本发明属于娃娃鱼养殖技术领域，具体涉及一种用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
大鲵隶属隐腮鲵科，大鲵属，是世界上现存最大的也是最珍贵的两栖动物；它的叫声像婴儿的哭声，因此人们又叫它“娃娃鱼”；娃娃鱼俗称“大山椒鱼”，源于其身有山椒味道；娃娃鱼是代表鱼类和爬行类的过渡类型，有古老“活化石”之称，同时娃娃鱼肉质洁白鲜嫩，肥而不腻，味道特鲜，含有丰富的营养物质，被誉为水中“活人参”；野生娃娃鱼资源已濒临灭绝，开展人工规模养殖是恢复娃娃鱼自然资源，满足社会需求的必由之路，娃娃鱼在自然环境中由于外界多种因素的影响，其成活率不高，这是娃娃鱼不能很快自然增殖的原因；在人工饲养条件下，很难发生自然交配产卵的情况。
由于娃娃鱼的观赏价值和食用价值都特别高市场上对娃娃鱼的需求特别大，人们开始研究大规模的人工养殖娃娃鱼，而在进行人工养殖娃娃鱼的时候，采用了很多种办法，但是成活率仍然不高。
在养殖娃娃鱼的过程中会发生多种疾病，需要对娃娃鱼身体进行定期消毒，因此，有必要开发一种用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂，效果好，无污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂,使用后能够防治赤皮病。
本发明的目的之二在于提供上述用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是：一种用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂，以重量分数计，由以下成分制成：槐花100份、独活5-15份、陈皮15-25份、巴戟天5-15份、续断45-60份、益母草5-15份、蒲公英5-15份、桂枝3-10份、白芍5-15份、花椒10-20份、苏杆10-20份、金银花25-35份、远志5-15份、杜仲叶5-15份、北柴胡3-10份、艾蒿25-35份、鸡屎藤25-35份、锦灯笼10-20份、荠菜3-10份、桑叶5-10份。

本发明所述用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂的制备方法，依次包括如下步骤：
（1）将原料分别经粉碎、过筛后混匀，得混合料；
（2）将混合料加入5-10 倍量水，加热至90-100℃煎煮2-4h ；
（3）过滤，滤液收集，滤渣加入5-10倍量95%的乙醇水溶液，加热至50-70℃煎煮2-4h；
（4）过滤，合并滤液，滤液浓缩至无醇味，即得用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂。
本发明所述用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂的使用方法：用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂与100倍量水混合即为杀菌菌剂，娃娃鱼进行成体放养前进行皮肤涂抹消毒一次，以后每两个月消毒一次即可。
本发明的有益效果在于：本发明的杀菌剂处理娃娃鱼，可以对其皮肤进行灭菌消毒,使用后能够防治赤皮病。

实施例、对比例所述用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂的制备方法，依次包括如下步骤：
（1）将原料分别经粉碎、过筛后混匀，得混合料；
（2）将混合料加入7倍重量水，加热至100℃煎煮3h ；
（3）过滤，滤液收集，滤渣加入7倍重量95% 的乙醇水溶液，加热至60℃煎煮4h ；
（4）过滤，合并滤液，滤液浓缩至无醇味，即得用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂。
将上述用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂与100倍量水混合即为杀菌菌剂，娃娃鱼进行成体放养前进行皮肤涂抹消毒一次，以后每两个月消毒一次即可。

将实施例1-10、对比例1-2所得的用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂进行试验，随机选取260条娃娃鱼，随机平均分为13组，试验组采用实施例1-10、对比例1-2的方式处理，对照组用常规杀菌剂消毒，即1%浓度的龙胆紫药水作消毒处理，其方法是药与水的比为1∶100，其余喂养条件与试验组相同，试验结果见表3。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂, 按照质量份数，由以下成分制成: 槐花100份、独活5-15份、陈皮15-25份、巴戟天5-15份、续断45-60份、益母草5-15份、蒲公英5-15份、桂枝3-10份、白芍5-15份、花椒10-20份、苏杆10-20份、金银花25-35份、远志5-15份、杜仲叶5-15份、北柴胡3-10份、艾蒿25-35份、鸡屎藤25-35份、锦灯笼10-20份、荠菜3-10份、桑叶5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂，其特征在于所述的独活为7-10份，所述的陈皮为17-22份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂，其特征在于所述的巴戟天为9-12份，所述的续断为50-60份，所述的益母草为9-12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂，其特征在于所述的蒲公英为9-12份, 所述的桂枝为5-9份，所述的白芍为9-12份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂，其特征在于所述的花椒为12-17份, 所述的苏杆为12-17份, 所述的金银花为27-32份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂，其特征在于所述的远志为9-12份, 所述的杜仲叶为5-10份, 所述的北柴胡为5-9份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂，其特征在于所述的艾蒿为27-33份, 所述的鸡屎藤为27-32份, 所述的锦灯笼为12-17份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂，其特征在于所述的荠菜为5-9份，所述的桑叶为4-8份。
9.根据权利要求1所述用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂的制备方法，其特征在于依次包括如下步骤：
（1）将原料分别经粉碎、过筛后混匀，得混合料；
（2）将混合料加入5-10 倍重量水，加热至90-100℃煎煮2-4h ；
（3）过滤，滤液收集，滤渣加入5-10 倍重量95% 的乙醇水溶液，加热至50-70℃煎煮2-4h ；
（4）过滤，合并滤液，滤液浓缩至无醇味，即得用于娃娃鱼皮肤消毒的天然杀菌剂。
