Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の車両用空調制御装置は、空調用冷却流路を流れる冷媒と前記ヒーター温水流路を流れる温水との間で熱交換させる熱交換器を備える。そしてヒーター温水流路の熱交換器よりも下流には、熱交換器で熱交換された温水をさらに温める電気ヒーターを設ける。さらに車載される電気機器の熱を室外熱交換器に通して冷却する電気用冷却流路を備え、電気用冷却流路とヒーター温水流路とを、ヒーター温水流路と電気機器とが並列になるように連絡流路で接続する。連絡流路とヒーター温水流路との接続部分には、ヒーター温水流路の温水の温度が所定温度よりも高い場合に、ヒーター温水流路を流れる温水を電気用冷却流路に流入させる流路切替バルブを備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 車室内に送られる空気が流れるダクトと、
前記ダクトに設けられる冷媒蒸発器と、
前記冷媒蒸発器に対して冷却された冷媒を供給する空調用冷却流路と、
前記ダクトの前記冷媒蒸発器よりも下流に設けられるヒーターコアと、
前記ヒーターコアに対して温水を供給するヒーター温水流路と、
前記空調用冷却流路を流れる冷媒と前記ヒーター温水流路を流れる温水との間で熱交換させる熱交換器と、
前記ヒーター温水流路の前記熱交換器よりも下流に設けられ、熱交換器で熱交換された温水をさらに温める電気ヒーターと、
車載される電気機器の熱を室外熱交換器に通して冷却する電気用冷却流路と、
前記ヒーター温水流路と前記電気用冷却流路とを、前記ヒーター温水流路と前記電気機器とが並列になるように接続する連絡流路と、
前記ヒーター温水流路を流れる温水の温度を検出する水温センサーと、
前記ヒーター温水流路と前記連絡流路との接続部分に設けられ、前記水温センサーによって検出された温水の温度が所定温度よりも高い場合には、前記ヒーター温水流路を流れる温水を前記電気用冷却流路に流入させる流路切替バルブと、
を備える車両用空調制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用空調制御装置において、
前記ヒーター温水流路から前記電気用冷却流路に流れる温水の流量は、前記流路切替バルブの開度によって調整される、
ことを特徴とする車両用空調制御装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用空調制御装置において、
前記ヒーター温水流路と前記電気用冷却流路とは、それぞれウォーターポンプを備え、
前記ヒーター温水流路から前記電気用冷却流路に流れる温水の流量は、前記ウォーターポンプ及び前記流路切替バルブの消費電力の合計が小さくなるように調整される、
ことを特徴とする車両用空調制御装置。
