Abstract
かかる課題を解決するために、本発明の組電池は、互いに電気的に並列接続された複数の単セル1A,1B,1Cを備え、個々の単セル1A,1B,1Cはそれぞれ貫通孔を有する環状型とされており、該複数の単セル1A,1B,1Cは、一の単セルが他の単セルの内側に配設される入れ子状態にて配列されている。

Description
図面はあくまでも例示を目的としたものであって、必ずしも実寸法を示すものではない。図面をより明瞭にする目的またはある部分を目立たせる目的で、他の部分とは相対的に誇張された部分もあり得る。また、実施形態と図面においてそれぞれ対応する部材には同一の符号を付してある。
Claims (18)
- 互いに電気的に並列接続された複数の単セルを備え、該複数の単セルは、一の単セルが他の単セルの内側に配設される入れ子式にて配列されている組電池。
- 前記複数の単セルがそれぞれ貫通孔を有する環状型単セルとされている一方、各前記環状型単セルは、貫通孔によって規定される内側壁と、該環状型単セルの外周部によって規定される外側壁と、該内側壁と外側壁の間のコアを有しており、該複数の単セルは、一の単セルが他の単セルの該貫通孔内に配設される入れ子式にて配列されている請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 前記複数の単セルが、中実型単セルと、該中実型単セルを囲う1以上の環状型単セルを含んでいると共に、前記環状型単セルは貫通孔を有し、前記中実型単セルはコアと該中実型単セルの外周部によって規定される外側壁を有する一方、前記環状型単セルは、貫通孔によって規定される内側壁と、該環状型単セルの外周部によって規定される外側壁と、該内側壁と外側壁の間のコアを有しており、前記中実型単セルと前記1以上の環状型単セルは、一の単セルが他の単セルの該貫通孔内に配設される入れ子式にて配列されている請求項1に記載の組電池。
- 各前記環状型単セルの前記コアの最大厚さ寸法が35mm以下とされている請求項2又は3に記載の組電池。
- 隣接する二つの前記単セルの隙間寸法が5mm以上とされている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の組電池。
- 隣接する二つの前記単セルのうち、一方の前記単セルの前記外側壁が、該一方の前記単セルを囲う他方の前記単セルの前記内側壁と共用されている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の組電池。
- 前記複数の単セルの少なくとも一つには、熱放散フィンが内側壁および/又は外側壁に設けられている請求項2又は3に記載の組電池。
- 前記複数の単セルが、互いに分離可能に入れ子式に組み合わされている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の組電池。
- 隣接する二つの前記単セルにおける対向する前記内側壁と前記外側壁が、前記熱放散フィンを介して固定的に連結されている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の組電池。
- 前記環状型単セルが中空円筒又は中空角柱とされており、前記環状型単セルの前記貫通孔の中心線が該環状型単セルの幾何中心線と一致している請求項2に記載の組電池。
- 前記環状型単セルが中空円筒又は中空角柱とされている一方、前記中実型単セルが対応する中実円筒又は中実角柱とされており、前記環状型単セルの前記貫通孔の中心線が該環状型単セルの幾何中心線と一致している請求項3に記載の組電池。
- 前記単セルがリチウムイオンセルである請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の組電池。
- 前記単セルの前記コアが、正電極シートと負電極シートとセパレータの巻線又は積層により形成されている請求項2又は3に記載の組電池。
- 前記単セルの前記コアが、並列接続された複数の低容量の電気コアによって形成されている請求項2又は3に記載の組電池。
- 貫通孔を有する環状型のセルであって、貫通孔によって規定される内側壁と、該セルの外周部によって規定される外側壁と、該内側壁と該外側壁の間のコアを有する一方、該内側壁および/又は該外側壁が二枚のシェルを含む二重壁とされており、該二枚のシェルが熱放散フィンによって一体的に連結されているセル。
- 前記内側壁と前記外側壁の一方が前記二重壁とされていると共に、他方に前記熱放散フィンが設けられている請求項15に記載のセル。
- 前記セルが中空円筒又は中空角柱とされており、該セルの前記貫通孔の中心線が該セルの幾何中心線と一致している請求項15又は16に記載のセル。
- 前記セルがリチウムイオンセルである請求項15又は16に記載のセル。
