Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態による原油タンカーの揮発性有機化合物低減システムを概略的に示す構成図である。
したがって、上述した説明及び図面は本発明の技術思想を限定するものでなく、本発明を例示するものとして解釈されるべきである。
Claims (6)
- 原油タンカーの原油貯蔵タンクの上部に水平に設置され一端が陸上の原油貯蔵タンクに連結される供給パイプと、前記供給パイプの底面に垂直下方に連結され原油タンカーの原油貯蔵タンクを垂直に貫通してその下部まで繋がる積載パイプと、前記積載パイプの下端に水平に連結された分配パイプと、前記積載パイプの下端部分内に設置された圧力制御手段と、を含むことを特徴とする原油タンカーの揮発性有機化合物低減システム。
- 前記積載パイプの上端部分の圧力を測定して前記圧力制御手段に伝達する圧力伝達器をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の原油タンカーの揮発性有機化合物低減システム。
- 前記圧力制御手段はキャビテーション防止バルブ(anti-cavitation valve)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の原油タンカーの揮発性有機化合物低減システム。
- 原油タンカーの原油貯蔵タンクの上部に水平に設置され一端が陸上の原油貯蔵タンクに連結される供給パイプと、前記供給パイプの底面に垂直下方に連結され原油タンカーの原油貯蔵タンクを垂直に貫通してその下部まで繋がる積載パイプと、前記積載パイプの下端に水平に連結された分配パイプを通して陸上の原油貯蔵タンクから原油タンカーの原油貯蔵タンク内へ原油を供給して積載するが、前記積載パイプ内の圧力を制御して原油の蒸気圧以上に維持させることを特徴とする原油タンカーの揮発性有機化合物低減方法。
- 前記積載パイプの下端部分で前記積載パイプ内の圧力を制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の原油タンカーの揮発性有機化合物低減方法。
- 前記積載パイプの上端部分の圧力を測定し、この測定された圧力に基づいて前記積載パイプ内の圧力を制御することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の原油タンカーの揮発性有機化合物低減方法。
