Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 液体貨物を貯蔵できる貯蔵タンクに液体貨物を船積するとき、液体貨物の蒸発ガス発生を防止する船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システムであって、
液体貨物を貯蔵タンクに船積するための配管に設置される圧力制御手段と;
前記圧力制御手段が設置された位置から離隔した位置に配置される感知手段と;を含み、
前記感知手段で感知された情報に基づいて前記配管の内部圧力が液体貨物の蒸気圧以上に維持されるように前記圧力制御手段の開度を制御する、船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。 - 前記圧力制御手段を迂回して液体貨物が前記貯蔵タンクに船積されるように前記配管から分岐する迂回配管をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。
- 前記迂回配管の直径は、前記迂回配管が分岐する前記配管の直径より小さい、請求項2に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。
- 前記迂回配管には、前記迂回配管を介した液体貨物の流動を制御する迂回バルブが設置される、請求項2に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。
- 液体貨物の船積が行われ、前記貯蔵タンク内の液体貨物の水位が上昇することによって、前記圧力制御手段を完全に開いた状態でも前記配管の内部圧力が液体貨物の蒸気圧以上に維持されるとき、前記迂回バルブを開いて、前記配管と共に前記迂回配管を介しても液体貨物の船積が行われるようにする、請求項4に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。
- 前記感知手段は、前記配管の前記圧力制御手段より上流側に設置され、前記配管の内部圧力を測定し、その測定値に基づいて前記圧力制御手段の開度を制御する圧力トランスミッタである、請求項1に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。
- 前記感知手段は、前記貯蔵タンクに設置され、前記貯蔵タンク内部の液体貨物の水位を測定し、その測定値に基づいて前記圧力制御手段の開度を制御する水位測定装置である、請求項1に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。
- 前記配管は、前記貯蔵タンクの上側から延びる供給配管と、前記供給配管から前記貯蔵タンクの底に向かって下側に延びる積載配管と、を含み、
前記圧力制御手段は前記積載配管の下部に設置される、請求項1に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。 - 前記配管は、前記積載配管の下端から水平に延びる分配配管をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。
- 前記圧力制御手段はバルブ又は水車である、請求項1に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。
- 液体貨物を貯蔵できる貯蔵タンクに液体貨物を船積するとき、液体貨物の蒸発ガス発生を防止する船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止方法であって、
液体貨物を貯蔵タンクに船積するための配管の内部圧力が液体貨物の蒸気圧以上に維持されるように、前記配管に設置される圧力制御手段の開度を、前記圧力制御手段が設置されている位置から離隔した位置で測定された情報に基づいて制御する、船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止方法。 - 前記配管から分岐する迂回配管及び前記迂回配管を開閉する迂回バルブを設置し、
前記迂回バルブを開いたとき、前記配管を介して液体貨物が前記貯蔵タンクに船積されると同時に、前記迂回配管を介して前記圧力制御手段を経ずに液体貨物が前記貯蔵タンクに船積され得る、請求項11に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止方法。 - 液体貨物の船積が行われ、前記貯蔵タンク内の液体貨物の水位が上昇することによって、前記圧力制御手段を完全に開いた状態でも前記配管の内部圧力が液体貨物の蒸気圧以上に維持されるとき、前記迂回バルブを開いて、前記配管と共に前記迂回配管を介しても液体貨物の船積が行われるようにする、請求項12に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止方法。
- 前記圧力制御手段の故障時に前記迂回バルブを開くことによって、前記迂回配管を介して船積作業を継続して行うことができ、前記配管の内部圧力が液体貨物の蒸気圧以上に維持されるように、前記迂回配管の直径は前記配管の直径より小さい、請求項12に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止方法。
- 前記情報は、前記配管の前記圧力制御手段より上流側に設置される圧力トランスミッタで測定される前記配管の内部圧力である、請求項11に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止方法。
- 前記情報は、前記貯蔵タンクに設置される水位測定装置で測定される前記貯蔵タンク内部の液体貨物の水位である、請求項11に記載の船舶の液体貨物蒸発防止システム。
