Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- 熱い処理ガスから気体汚染物質を取り除く噴霧乾燥式吸収器(8)であって、噴霧乾燥室(12)と、この噴霧乾燥室(12)の天井部(22)に取り付けられている、複数の分散器(14,16,18,20)とを包含し、これらの分散器(14,16,18,20)の各々が吸収液を噴霧する、それぞれの噴霧器(24)のまわりに熱い処理ガスの一部分を分散させ、また、これらの分散器(14,16,18,20)の各々には、前記噴霧乾燥室(12)の頂部から見たときに、それぞれ熱い処理ガスの一部分を前記噴霧器(24)のまわりに回転運動させる流れ指向装置(26,28,30,32)が設けられている噴霧乾燥式吸収器(8)において、前記複数の分散器(14,16,18,20)が、前記噴霧乾燥室(12)の天井部(22)の中心部に配置されている、1つの中央の分散器(20)と、この中央の分散器(20)を取り囲んでいる、少なくとも3つの外周の分散器(14,16,18)とから成り、前記外周の分散器(14,16,18)の各々が前記噴霧乾燥室(12)の外周部(P)から実質的に同じ距離(D)を置いて配置されていることを特徴とする噴霧乾燥式吸収器。
- 請求項1記載の噴霧乾燥式吸収器において、前記複数の分散器(14,16,18,20)が3つ〜7つの外周の分散器(14,16,18)と、1つの中央の分散器(20)とから成っていることを特徴とする噴霧乾燥式吸収器。
- 請求項1又は2記載の噴霧乾燥式吸収器(308)において,前記中央の分散器(320)の流れ指向装置が、この中央の分散器(320)を通過する熱い処理ガスの一部分を、前記外周の分散器(314,315,316,317,318)の各々により分散される熱い処理ガスのそれぞれの一部分の回転運動の方向(FC)とは反対である方向(FCC)へ回転運動させることを特徴とする噴霧乾燥式吸収器。
- 噴霧乾燥室(12)と、この噴霧乾燥室(12)の天井部(22)に取り付けられている、複数の分散器(14,16,18,20)とを包含する噴霧乾燥式吸収器(8)であって、前記複数の分散器(14,16,18,20)の各々が吸収液を噴霧する、それぞれの噴霧器(24)のまわりに熱い処理ガスの一部分を分散させ、また、前記複数の分散器(14,16,18,20)の各々には、前記噴霧乾燥室(12)の頂部から見たときに、それぞれ熱い処理ガスの一部分を前記噴霧器(24)のまわりに回転運動させる流れ指向装置(26,28,30,32)が設けられている噴霧乾燥式吸収器(8)により、熱い処理ガスから気体汚染物質を取り除く方法において、前記複数の分散器(14,16,18,20)が、前記噴霧乾燥室(12)の天井部(22)の中心部に配置されている、1つの中央の分散器(20)と、この中央の分散器(20)を取り囲んでいる、少なくとも3つの外周の分散器(14,16,18)とから成り、前記外周の分散器(14,16,18)の各々が前記噴霧乾燥室(12)の外周部(P)から実質的に同じ距離(D)を置いて配置され、熱い処理ガスの一部分を前記中央の分散器(20)を通過させると共に、熱い処理ガスの他の一部分を前記外周の分散器(14,16,18)の各々を通過させるようにしたことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4記載の方法において、前記複数の分散器(14,16,18,20)が3つ〜7つの外周の分散器(14,16,18)と、1つの中央の分散器(20)とから成っていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項4又は5記載の方法において、更に、前記中央の分散器(320)を通過する熱い処理ガスの一部分を、前記外周の分散器(314,315,316,317,318)の各々により分散される熱い処理ガスの他のそれぞれの一部分の回転運動の方向(FC)とは反対である方向(FCC)へ回転運動させることを特徴とする方法。
