Abstract
Description
いくつかの実施形態において、第1のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートのアルキル基は8個の炭素原子を含有する。いくつかの実施形態において、第2のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートのアルキル基は1個又は2個の炭素原子を含有する。いくつかの実施形態では、第2のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートのアルキル基は4個の炭素原子を含有する。
プローブ試験。TA.XT PLUS TEXTURE ANALYZER(Stable Micro Systems Ltd.,UK)を使用して、周囲条件下で接着剤サンプルのプローブ試験を行った。直径5.0mmの円筒形の高密度ポリエチレンプローブを、500グラムの接触力の下でガラススライド上の厚さ102マイクロメートル(4mil)の接着剤層と60秒間接触させた。次いでプローブを0.05mm/秒の一定速度で、完全に剥離する迄、引き離した。プローブに付与された力を、プローブ移動距離の関数として記録した。接着剤接合部の強度は破壊エネルギーにより付与され、前記エネルギーは、剥離プロセス中の移動に対する力の積分、即ち力−移動曲線下面積として計算された。結果を表7にまとめた。
Claims (15)
- 接着剤であって、
a)
i)アルキル基が少なくとも5個の炭素原子を含有する第1のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート、
ii)アルキル基が1〜4個の炭素原子を含有する第2のアルキル(メタ)アクリレート、及び
iii)ビニルカルボン酸
の反応生成物を含有するアクリルコポリマーと、
b)少なくとも20℃のガラス転移温度を有する高Tg粘着付与剤と、
c)0℃以下のガラス転移温度を有する低Tg粘着付与剤と、
を含有し、前記高Tg粘着付与剤及び前記低Tg粘着付与剤の前記ガラス転移温度が、前記アクリルコポリマーのガラス転移温度よりも高い、接着剤。 - 前記第1のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートと前記第2のアルキル(メタ)アクリレートとの重量比が3:1〜1:3である、請求項1に記載の接着剤。
- 前記アクリルコポリマーが、3重量%以上8重量%以下の前記ビニルカルボン酸を含有する、請求項1又は2に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤の粘着付与剤総含量が、前記アクリルコポリマー、前記高Tg粘着付与剤、及び前記低Tg粘着付与剤の合計重量に対して、40〜60重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が、前記アクリルコポリマー、前記高Tg粘着付与剤、及び前記低Tg粘着付与剤の合計重量に対して、35〜45重量%の前記高Tg粘着付与剤を含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤が、前記アクリルコポリマー、前記高Tg粘着付与剤、及び前記低Tg粘着付与剤の合計重量に対して、2〜13重量%の前記低Tg粘着付与剤を含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
- 更に架橋剤を含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
- 前記架橋剤が、ビスアミド類、エポキシ類、及びメラミン類からなる群より選択される共有結合架橋剤である、請求項7に記載の接着剤。
- 前記架橋剤がイオン架橋剤であり、前記イオン架橋剤は多官能性アミン、金属酸化物、及び有機金属キレート剤からなる群より選択される、請求項7に記載の接着剤。
- 更に充填剤、染料、顔料、酸化防止剤、紫外線安定剤、フュームドシリカ、ナノ粒子、及び表面修飾ナノ粒子からなる群より選択される追加の構成成分を含有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
- 前記接着剤のガラス転移温度が、Fox式を用いた計算で、−13℃(260K)以下である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤。
- 第1の基材と、前記基材に接着された請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤と、を含む接着物品。
- 前記接着剤が前記第1の基材に直接接着されている、請求項12に記載の接着物品。
- 前記接着剤が前記第2の基材に接着されている、請求項12又は13に記載の接着物品。
- 前記第1の基材及び前記第2の基材の少なくとも一方が、35ミリニュートン/メートル以下の表面エネルギーを有する低表面エネルギー基材である、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の接着物品。
