Abstract
Description
この種の容器の代表的なものは、両端に端部閉鎖部を備えた筒状の壁を有しており、この壁と端部閉鎖部が閉鎖された空間を形成する。
本発明はまた、請求項10の前提部に記載された容器を製造する方法に関する。
さらに、本発明による容器は、主に請求項1の特徴部に記載された特徴を有する。
本発明によって多くの利点が得られる。すなわち、少なくとも2つの材料を用いることによって、例えば、通常のPE−HDなどの従来の熱可塑性材料製のコア/内側層の方が、充填された外層材料よりも優れた機械的特性を備えることになる。これらの機械的特性とは、内圧抵抗、長期にわたる高い係数、優れたFNCT、及び優れた引張降伏特性である。
容器内の電荷の蓄積は、効率よく回避することができる。
図1は、ポリエチレン製の構造壁パイプを示しており、内側に従来の熱可塑性材料の内側層、外側に帯電防止/導電性ポリマーを備えている。図2は、本発明によるサイロの概略構造を断面で示しており、筒状壁内で、底部に円錐端部を備えている。
材料の壁厚さは約1〜20mm、特に約1〜10mmである。
Claims (13)
- らせん状に巻回された開口断面を有するプロファイルによって形成される壁(1〜3,11〜13)を有し、前記プロファイルの隣接する巻き管どうしが互いに接着してある、
乾燥粉末、顆粒、ペレット、気体、及び他の引火性物質のための容器であって、
前記プロファイルが、このプロファイルの内側面を形成する第1熱可塑性層(1,11)と、この第1熱可塑性の周囲に設けられ、パイプの外側面を形成する第2熱可塑性層(2;12)とからなり、前記第2熱可塑性層が帯電防止性を有することを特徴とする容器。 - 前記第1熱可塑性層(1,11)が、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、およびポリ(アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン)の群から選択されるポリマー材料である請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記第2熱可塑性層(2,12)が、導電範囲において抵抗を有する導電性をもつ請求項1または2に記載の容器。
- 前記第2熱可塑性層(2,12)が、導電性または散逸性の粒子、繊維、管またはポリマー、またはそれらの混合物を含有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の容器。
- 前記第2熱可塑性層(2,12)が、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、およびポリ(アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン)の群から選択されるポリマー材料である請求項4に記載の容器。
- 前記第2熱可塑性層(2,12)が、導電性粒子、導電性繊維、導電性ナノコンポジットまたは導電性ポリマー、またはそれらの混合物を混合することによって、永久的に導電性をもたせたポリマー材料からなる請求項4に記載の容器。
- 前記内側層と前記外側層との間に1〜3の中間層が設けられ、前記層が、接着層およびバリア層から選択される請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の容器。
- 前記プロファイルの隣接する巻き管どうしが互いに溶接(4)されている請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の容器。
- 前記プロファイルの巻き管が、前記壁の前記内側および外側の両方に、本質的に均一な導電表面を形成するように互いに溶接(4)され、前記容器壁の内側面と外側面の間に、隣接する巻き管の材料によって導電性ブリッジが形成されている請求項8に記載の容器。
- 開口断面を有する軽量のプロファイル(1〜3,11〜13)を用意する工程と、
前記プロファイルをコイル状に巻いて筒状壁を形成する工程と、
隣接するプロファイルの巻き管どうしを溶接する工程とを含み、
乾燥粉末、顆粒、ペレット、気体、及び他の引火性物質を保存するための容器を製造する方法であって、
前記プロファイルを用意する工程が、前記プロファイルの内側面を形成する第1熱可塑性層(1,11)と、前記プロファイルの外側層を形成するとともに帯電防止性を有する第2熱可塑性層(2,12)とを共押出しする工程を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2熱可塑性層(2,12)が、導電性粒子、導電性繊維、導電性ナノコンポジットまたは導電性ポリマー、またはそれらの混合物を混合することによって、永久的に導電性をもたせたポリマー材料からなる請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記プロファイルの巻き管が、前記壁の前記内側および外側の両方に、本質的に均一な導電表面を形成するように互いに溶接され、前記容器壁の内側面と外側面の間に、隣接する巻き管の材料によって導電性ブリッジ(4)が形成されている請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の容器の材料/粉末/ペレットの乾燥機としての使用。
