Description
市場で公知でありかつ爆発保護ゾーンにて使用するため又は燃焼性の充填物で充填するために使用されるシステムにおいて公知であるのは、例えば、プラスチックから多層方法で製造された内容器を有するパレットコンテナである。内容器は導電性かつ/又は恒久的に耐静電的な外層を有し、内容器においては充填物のアースは容器の底領域における適当な処置、例えば金属ねじ又は取出しコックにおける導電性のプラスチックの使用で行なわれる。プラスチックから成る相応の内容器は3層又は6層の共軸押出し法で製造され、約2−3mmの総壁厚さを有している。導電性もしくは恒久的に耐静電性の外層を剥がしたあとに残る絶縁作用を有する残留壁厚さは2mmよりも小さい。

Claims (7)
- 液状の充填物、特に燃焼可能な又は爆発性の充填物を貯蔵しかつ運搬するために使用される熱可塑性のプラスチックから成る多層のプラスチック容器であって、該容器が少なくとも3つの層から成りかつ持続的に静電気が帯電可能ではないかもしくは放電する層を有しており、前記容器の壁に統合された、導電性及び/又は永久的に耐静電性HDPEプラスチック材料から成る層(14)を有し、該層(14)が残った残留壁を、それぞれ2.5mmよりも小さい層厚さの、少なくとも2つの絶縁するHDPEプラスチック層(12,16)に分割しており、液状の充填物と接触する最も内側の層(12)がHDPE−新材料(virgin material)から成り、第2の、最も内側の層(12)によって覆われた統合されたHDPE層(14)が適当な添加物(例えば導電煤体)によって導電性に構成されており、この導電性の層(14)が外へ向かって、少なくとも1つの別の導電性でないか絶縁するHDPE層(16)で覆われている形式のものにおいて、別の、導電性でないかもしくは絶縁するHDPE層(16)が導電性のプラスチック材料から成る幅の狭い垂直に−層ストリップの形式で−延びるプラスチックストリップ(28)によって中断されており、該プラスチックストリップ(28)が−半径方向で見て−別の、導電性ではないかもしくは絶縁するHDPE層(16)の厚さしか有しておらず、統合された、導電性のHDPE層(14)と形状接続的でかつ導電的に結合されていることを特徴とする、多層のプラスチック容器。
- 4層の壁構造を有し、第4のプラスチック層(18)がそれまでの3つの層(12,14,16)を外から覆いかつ同様に導電性のHDPEプラスチック材料から成っている、請求項1記載のプラスチック容器。
- 充填物と接触する最も内側の層(12)が絶縁するプラスチック(HDPE新製品)から成り、かつ2.5mmと等しいか/これよりも小さい(総壁厚さの約45%まで)の厚さを有し、統合された導電性のプラスチック層(14)が総壁厚さの5%と等しいか/これよりも小さい厚さを有し、別の導電性ではないかもしくは絶縁するHDPE層(16)が同様に2.5mmと等しいか/それより小さい(総壁厚さの約45%まで)の厚さを有し、同様に導電性の外側のプラスチック層(18)が総壁厚さの5%と等しいか/それより小さい壁厚さを有している、請求項1又は2記載のプラスチック容器。
- 導電性の外側のプラスチック層(18)とその後ろにある導電性ではないかもしくは絶縁するHDPE層(16)とに、少なくとも1つの、幅の狭い、導電性のプラスチック材料から成る垂直に延びるプラスチックストリップ(28)が挿入されており、該プラスチックストリップ(28)が、半径方向で見て、前記両方の層(16,18)の厚さしか有しておらず、内側に位置する統合された、導電性のHDPE層(14)と形状接続的にかつ導電的に結合されている、請求項1,2又は3記載のプラスチック容器。
- 最も内側の、充填物と接触する、絶縁プラスチック(HDPE新製品)から成る層(12)に、少なくとも1つの、幅の狭い、垂直に延びる、導電性のプラスチック材料から成るプラスチックストリップ(26)が挿入されており、該プラスチックストリップ(26)が、半径方向で見て、前記層(12)の厚さしか有しておらず、内側に位置する、統合された、導電性のHDPE−層(14)と形状接続的にかつ導電的に結合されている、請求項1,2,3又は4記載のプラスチック容器。
- 内側にある統合された導電性のHDPE層(14)とこのHDPE層(14)を覆う導電性ではないかもしくは絶縁するHDPE層(新材料及び/又はRegrind材料から成る)との間に、ポリアミドPA又はEVOHから成るいわゆるバリア層、場合によっては2つのAdmer/付着剤層(20,22,24)が配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のプラスチック容器。
- 内側にある、導電性のHDPE層(14)が、最も内側にある、充填物と接触する、絶縁プラスチック(HDPE新製品)から成る層(12)に挿入された、導電性のプラスチック材料から成る接触ストリップ(26)を介して容器内部の充填物と導電結合されておりかつ少なくとも1つの別の、残った、内側に位置する統合された導電性のHDPE層(14)を外から覆う、導電性ではないプラスチック材料(導電煤無添加)から成る層(16,20,22,24)に挿入された、導電性のプラスチック材料から成る接触ストリップ(30)を介して外側の、導電性のプラスチック層(16)と導電的に結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のプラスチック容器。
