Abstract
【解決手段】この熱交換器は、熱交換部品および流体流動部品(2、2′)と、前記熱交換部品(2、2′)が内部に開口する少なくとも1つの流体マニホールド(11)と、前記熱交換部品(2、2′)を保持する少なくとも1つのヘッダプレート(10)と、前記熱交換部品(2、2′)に適応する筐体(4)とを有する。本発明によれば、前記流体マニホールド(11)は、前記筐体(4)に直接保持されている。

Claims (12)
- 熱交換部品および流体流動部品(2、2′)と、
前記熱交換部品(2、2′)が内部に開口する少なくとも1つの流体マニホールド(11)と、
前記熱交換部品(2、2′)を保持する少なくとも1つのヘッダプレート(10)と、
前記熱交換部品(2、2′)を収容する筐体(4)、
とを備え、前記流体マニホールド(11)は、前記筐体(4)に直接保持されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記ヘッダプレート(10)は、前記筐体(4)によって保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流体マニホールド(11)および前記筐体(4)は、溶接されるか、または、ろう付けされていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流体マニホールド(11)は、端部(17)を含み、前記端部(17)は、溶接されるか、または、ろう付けされている前記筐体(4)の一端部の形状と相補的な形状を有し、前記熱交換器の外側面が連続することを特徴とする請求項3記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流体マニホールド(11)および前記筐体(4)は、圧着されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。
- 前記筐体(4)は、少なくとも1つの突出部(18)を含み、前記突出部(18)は、前記流体マニホールド(11)に圧着し、前記流体マニホールド(11)を保持するため、前記流体マニホールド(11)の面(19)と相互作用するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の熱交換器。
- 前記ヘッダプレート(10)は、筐体(4)によって保持され、前記筐体(4)は、少なくと1つの係止部(20)を含み、前記流体マニホールド(11)および前記ヘッダプレート(10)は、圧着する前記突出部(18)と前記係止部(20)との間に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の熱交換器。
- 前記筐体(4)は、2つのL状の壁(15、16)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器は、前記流体マニホールド(11)と前記ヘッダプレート(10)との間に、シール手段を含み、前記シール手段は、例えば、前記流体マニホールド(11)と前記ヘッダプレート(10)との間の、シールリング(21)、または、ろう付け接合部であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 熱交換器(1)における熱交換部品および流体流動部品(2、2′)を収容するための筐体(4)において、
前記熱交換部品(2、2′)は、ヘッダプレート(10)によって保持され、流体マニホールド(11)の内部に開口するように構成され、前記筐体(4)は、前記流体マニホールド(11)を直接保持するように構成されている手段(18)を含むことを特徴とする筐体。 - 少なくとも1つの圧着突出部(18)を含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の筐体。
- 前記筐体は、係止部を含み、前記係止部は、前記圧着突出部(18)と前記係止部(20)との間で、前記流体マニホールド(11)および前記ヘッダプレート(10)を保持するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の筐体。
