Claims (13)
- クロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジンであって、
各々、1つ以上の燃料弁(23)と、油圧駆動式燃料噴射ピストンポンプ(39)とを有する複数のシリンダ(6)を備え、
前記油圧駆動式燃料噴射ピストンポンプ(39)は、ポンプピストン(45)およびポンプ室(44)を有し、前記ポンプ室(44)の出口ポートは1つまたは複数の前記燃料弁(23)に接続され、
前記エンジンは、前記ポンプ室(44)の入口ポートに接続される、第1燃料成分の供給部(72)と、前記ポンプ室(44)の入口ポートに接続される、第2燃料成分の供給部(73)とを更に備え、
前記ポンプ室(44)は、前記油圧駆動式燃料噴射ピストンポンプ(39)の吸引行程において、前記第1燃料成分および前記第2燃料成分で充填され、前記充填された前記第1燃料成分および前記第2燃料成分は、前記ポンプ室(44)において混合されて燃料混合物を形成し、前記油圧駆動式燃料噴射ピストンポンプ(39)の噴射行程において、前記ポンプ室(44)内の前記燃料混合物は、前記ポンプ室(44)から吐出されると共に、前記燃料弁(23)に供給される、
クロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン。 - 前記吸引行程中に前記ポンプ室(44)に供給される前記第1燃料成分の量と前記第2燃料成分の量との比率を制御するための制御手段(71、99、91、94)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- 前記制御手段(71、99、91、94)は、1回のエンジンサイクルで前記ポンプ室(44)に供給される、前記第1燃料成分の量と前記第2燃料成分の量との比率を変更可能であるように構成される、請求項2に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- 前記第1燃料成分の供給部(72)はコモンレールを備える、請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- 前記第2燃料成分の供給部(73)はコモンレールを備える、請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- 前記第1燃料成分の前記供給部(72)または前記第2燃料成分の前記供給部(73)の少なくともいずれかは、前記吸引行程中に前記ポンプ室(44)に供給される前記燃料成分の量を制御するための弁または用量ポンプを備える、請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- 前記弁は、単純な開閉弁(71)であり、前記第1及び/又は前記第2燃料成分の供給量は、前記弁の開放時間の長さによって、または測定された流れに応じて制御される、請求項6に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- 前記ポンプ室(44)は、圧力導管(51)によって前記燃料弁(23)に直接接続される、請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- 前記ポンプピストン(45)の前記噴射行程は、前記ポンプ室(44)の反対側において前記ピストンに作用する油圧によって、または前記ポンプピストン(45)に直接接続されるピストン46に作用する油圧によってエネルギーの供給を受ける、請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- 前記油圧駆動式燃料噴射ピストンポンプはアクチュエーションチャンバ(47)を備える、請求項1に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- 前記アクチュエーションチャンバは、前記ポンプピストン(45)の前記ポンプ室とは反対側の面によって、または前記ポンプピストン(45)に直接接続されるピストン(46)によって画定される、請求項10に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- ポンプ室側の前記ポンプピストン(45)の有効面積は、前記ポンプピストン(45)の反対側の有効面積よりも小さいか、または前記ピストン(46)の有効面積よりも小さい、請求項11に記載のクロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)。
- クロスヘッド式大型ターボ過給型2サイクルディーゼルエンジン(1)において燃料混合物を調製する方法であって、前記エンジンのシリンダ(6)に関連付けられる油圧駆動式燃料噴射ピストンポンプ(39)のポンプピストン(45)の吸引行程中に、第1燃料成分と第2燃料成分とを所定の比率で、前記油圧駆動式燃料噴射ピストンポンプ(39)のポンプ室へ送って混合することにより、燃料混合物を形成することと、前記油圧駆動式燃料噴射ピストンポンプ(39)の噴射行程において、前記ポンプ室(44)内の前記燃料混合物を前記ポンプ室(44)から吐出すると共に、前記エンジンの燃料弁(23)へ前記燃料混合物を供給することを含む、方法。
