Claims (8)
- 排気システム(3)に液体反応物質(2)を提供するための装置(1)を作動する方法であって、前記装置(1)は、接続ライン(6)を介して互いに接続される少なくとも1つのタンク(4)および噴射ノズル(5)を有し、前記接続ライン(6)は、前記反応物質(2)を搬送するためのポンプ(7)を含み、前記ポンプ(7)と前記噴射ノズル(5)との間に、前記接続ライン(6)から前記タンク(4)への制御可能な戻りライン(8)が設けられ、前記装置(1)は、前記噴射ノズル(5)、前記ポンプ(7)および前記戻りライン(8)のオペレーションを制御するコントローラ(9)をさらに有し、前記反応物質(2)は、前記制御可能な戻りライン(8)を介して間欠的に循環のみ行われる、方法。
- 前記反応物質(2)は、前記装置(1)が、前記制御可能な戻りライン(8)を介して前記タンク(4)から当該タンク(4)内へ反応物質(2)を搬送するのに要する時間の、少なくとも2倍の時間に対応する搬送時間間隔の間、循環される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記反応物質(2)は、前記装置(1)が、前記制御可能な戻りライン(8)を介して前記タンク(4)から当該タンク(4)内へ反応物質(2)を搬送するのに要する時間の、最大でも5倍の時間に対応する搬送時間間隔の間、循環される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記反応物質の循環は、前記反応物質(2)内の少なくとも固形物またはガスを識別するための手段を用いて始動される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応物質の循環は、タンク状態変数を識別するための手段を用いるオペレーションの開始時に始動される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応物質(2)は、それが噴射(注入)のために運ばれる時よりも増加した搬送速度によって循環させられる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体尿素水溶液が運ばれる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 内燃機関(11)と、液体反応物質(2)のための噴射ノズル(5)が、排気ガスの流れ方向(12)におけるSCR触媒コンバータ(13)の上流側に位置する排気システム(3)と、を有し、さらに、
前記液体反応物質(2)のためのタンク(4)、
制御可能な噴射ノズル(5)、
前記タンク(4)および前記噴射ノズル(5)を互いに接続する接続ライン(6)、
前記タンク(4)から前記噴射ノズル(5)まで前記反応物質(2)を搬送するためのポンプ(7)、
バルブ(14)によって制御されることができて、そして、前記ポンプ(7)と前記噴射ノズル(5)との間の前記接続ライン(6)を前記タンク(4)に接続する戻りライン(8)、
前記噴射ノズル(5)、前記ポンプ(7)および前記戻りライン(8)の制御されたオペレーションのためのコントローラであって、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実施するために構成されるコントローラ(9)、
