Abstract
Description
明色ゴム組成物は、5phrと25phrの間のパラフィン系加工用オイルおよび非黒色充填剤をさらに含み得る。
ジエンエラストマーは、本質的に飽和のジエンエラストマー、本質的に不飽和のジエンエラストマーまたは高不飽和ジエンエラストマーとして分類し得る。一般にジエンエラストマーまたはゴムは、ジエンモノマー(共役型であるまたは共役型でない2個の二重炭素‐炭素結合を担持するモノマー)に少なくとも一部由来するエラストマー(即ち、ホモポリマーまたはコポリマー)を意味するものと理解されたい。
上記ゴム組成物を構成するEPDMの量としては、例えば、5phrと15phrの間、8phrと12phrの間または約10phrがある。
上記ゴム組成物に添加し得るパラフィン系加工用オイルの量は、5phrと30phrの間、5phrと25phrの間、10phrと20phrの間または15phrと21phrの間であり得る。
さらに、本発明を、以下の実施例により具体的に説明する;これらの実施例は、例示のみとみなすべきであり、本発明を如何なる形でも限定するものではない。実施例において開示する組成物の諸性質は、下記で説明するようにして評価した。
HL (%) = 100 (W0 − W1)/W1
式中、W0は供給エネルギーであり、W1は回復エネルギーである。
100℃でのムーニー粘度 ML (1+4)は、1999年の規格ASTM D I646に従って測定した。
Claims (15)
- 装飾側壁形状物を含むタイヤであって、該装飾側壁形状物がゴム組成物をベースとし、該ゴム組成物が下記を含むことを特徴とする前記タイヤ:
15phrと25phrの間の高不飽和ジエンエラストマー (phr = ゴム100質量部当りの質量部);
60phrと80phrの間のブチルゴム;
5phrと15phrの間のEPDMエラストマーであって、ASTM D 3900‐95によって測定したときに65質量%と75質量%の間でエチレン(ジエンを除く)を含有し、および60と80の間の125℃でのムーニー粘度ML(1+4)を有するEPDMエラストマー;
5phrと25phrの間のパラフィン系加工用オイル;および、
非黒色充填剤。 - 前記高不飽和ジエンエラストマーが、天然ゴムである、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記高不飽和ジエンエラストマーが、天然ゴム、合成ポリイソプレンゴムまたはこれらの組合せから選ばれる、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記高不飽和ジエンエラストマーを、15phrと21phrの間の量に限定する、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記高不飽和ジエンエラストマーが、天然ゴムである、請求項4記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ブチルゴムが、ハロゲン化ブチルゴムである、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ブチルゴムが、クロロブチルゴムである、請求項6記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ブチルゴムが、45と55の間の125℃でのムーニー粘度 ML(1+8)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記EPDMが、ASTM D 6047によって測定したときに0.9質量%と6質量%の間のエチリデンノルボルネン含有量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム組成物が、汚染性劣化防止剤化合物を含まない、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記パラフィン系加工用オイルが、−75℃よりも低い動的ガラス転移温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記非黒色充填剤が、高光沢クレー、シリカ、タルク、カーボネート類またはこれらの組合せから選ばれる、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記非黒色充填剤が、25phrと100phrの間の高光沢クレーである、請求項12記載のタイヤ。
- 前記非黒色充填剤が、25phrと100phrの間のタルクである、請求項12記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ゴム組成物が、二酸化チタンをさらに含む、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
