Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 建物の上部に配置され、その底部に暖気室吸気口と、その最上部に暖気室排気口とを有し、その上部の少なくとも一部が透明材料からなり、該透明材料を透過した太陽輻射によってその内部の空気が暖められる暖気室と、
上記暖気室吸気口から下方に、該建物の内側の部分に沿って垂直に延び、その側壁の少なくとも一部が居住空間の内壁によって画定され、該建物の外側の部分に延びる外気ダクトに連結した第1のコア開口と、該居住空間の内壁を介して該居住空間に連結した第2のコア開口を有する中空のコアとを備え、
上記コア内の空気の温度は、上記暖気室内の空気よりも低く、それによって、該コア内の空気が、上昇し、上記暖気室吸気口を介して該暖気室に流入することにより、上記建物の外の圧力に対する負圧を該コア内に発生するとともに、該建物の外から上記外気ダクトを介して外気を吸気する吸気力を生じ、該コアからの空気は、該暖気室内に上昇し、該暖気室内の空気と混合され、該混合空気の少なくとも一部は、該暖気室から上記暖気室排気口を介して排出されることを特徴とする建物換気システム。 - 上記建物の外の圧力に対するコアの負圧は、上記建物の外から、外気を上記居住空間及び上記第2のコア開口を介して上記コアに吸気する吸気力を生じることを特徴とする請求項1記載の建物換気システム。
- 上記コア内の空気の一部は、上記第2のコア開口を介して上記居住空間に流入し、該居住空間を換気するとともに、温風を該居住空間に入れることを特徴とする請求項1記載の建物換気システム。
- 上記建物の最上部に配置され、太陽輻射を上記暖気室に反射する反射器を更に備え、
上記反射器によって上記暖気室に反射された太陽輻射は、該暖気室の空気の温度を上昇させることを特徴する請求項1記載の建物換気システム。 - 上記反射器は、太陽輻射を上記コア内に反射し、該反射器によってコア内に反射された太陽輻射は、該コア内の空気の温度を上昇させることを特徴する請求項4記載の建物換気システム。
- 上記暖気室は、太陽輻射を上記反射器に反射する暖気室反射器を備えることを特徴とする請求項4記載の建物換気システム。
- 上記暖気室吸気口に沿って水平に配置された回転軸と、上記コアからの空気が途中でそれに接触して、上記暖気室に流入するときに、該回転軸によって回転する少なくとも1つの羽根とを有する、該暖気室吸気口に配置された少なくとも1つの風力タービンと、
上記風力タービンの回転軸からの機械エネルギを電気エネルギに変換して、上記建物に電力を供給する発電機とを更に備える請求項1記載の建物換気システム。 - 上記コアの側壁の少なくとも一部は、太陽輻射を該コアの下方に反射する反射面を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の建物換気システム。
- 建物を換気する建物換気方法において、
上記建物は、当該建物の上部に配置され、その底部に暖気室吸気口と、その最上部に暖気室排気口とを有する暖気室と、該暖気室吸気口から下方に、当該建物の内側の部分に沿って垂直に延び、その側壁の少なくとも一部が居住空間の内壁によって画定され、第1のコア開口と、該居住空間の内壁を介して該居住空間に連結した第2のコア開口を有する中空のコアとを備え、
上記暖気室の透明な上部を介して入射される太陽輻射を用いて、該暖気室内の空気を暖めるステップと、
上記建物の外側の部分に延びる第1の開口と、上記第1のコア開口に連結された第2の開口とを有する外気ダクトを用い、上記コア内の空気の温度は、上記暖気室内の空気よりも低く、それによって、該コア内の空気が、上昇し、上記暖気室吸気口を介して該暖気室に流入することにより、上記建物の外の圧力に対する負圧を該コア内に発生させるとともに、該建物の外から該外気ダクトを介して外気を吸気する吸気力を生じさせ、該コアからの空気が、該暖気室内に上昇し、該暖気室内の空気と混合され、該混合空気の少なくとも一部を、該暖気室から上記暖気室排気口を介して排出するステップとを有する建物換気方法。 - 上記建物の外の圧力に対するコアの負圧は、上記建物の外から、外気を上記居住空間及び上記第2のコア開口を介して上記コアに吸気する吸気力を生じることを特徴とする請求項9記載の建物換気方法。
- 上記コア内の空気の一部は、上記第2のコア開口を介して上記居住空間に流入し、該居住空間を換気するとともに、温風を該居住空間に入れることを特徴とする請求項9記載の建物換気方法。
- 上記建物は、当該建物の最上部に配置され、太陽輻射を上記暖気室に反射する反射器を更に備え、
上記反射器によって上記暖気室に反射された太陽輻射は、該暖気室の空気の温度を上昇させることを特徴する請求項9記載の建物換気方法。 - 上記反射器は、太陽輻射を上記コア内に反射し、該反射器によってコア内に反射された太陽輻射は、該コア内の空気の温度を上昇させることを特徴する請求項12記載の建物換気方法。
- 上記暖気室は、太陽輻射を上記反射器に反射する暖気室反射器を備えることを特徴とする請求項12記載の建物換気方法。
- 上記暖気室吸気口に沿って水平に配置された回転軸と、上記コアからの空気が途中でそれに接触して、上記暖気室に流入するときに、該回転軸によって回転する少なくとも1つの羽根とを備える、該暖気室吸気口に配置された少なくとも1つの風力タービンと、
上記風力タービンの回転軸からの機械エネルギを電気エネルギに変換して、上記建物に電力を供給する発電機とによって、電気を発生するステップを更に有する請求項9記載の建物換気方法。 - 上記コアの側壁の少なくとも一部は、太陽輻射を該コアの下方に反射する反射面を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の建物換気方法。
