Claims (7)
- アンギュラコンタクトころ軸受、特に二列式のタンデム形球面ころ軸受であって、主として、外側の1つの軌道輪(2)及び内側の1つの軌道輪(3)、並びに前記軌道輪(2,3)間に配置されかつ少なくとも1つの保持器(4,5)により円周方向で互いに等間隔に保持された複数の球面ころ(6,7)から成っており、該球面ころは、該球面ころの仮想の球からの対称的な面取りにより画成されかつ互いに平行に配置された各2つの側面(8,9;10,11)を備えていて、かつ、位置が相互にずらされていて、互いに異なるピッチ円直径を有する2つの列(12,13)に並べて配置されており、前記両方の列(12,13)の前記球面ころ(6,7)は、該球面ころの転動面(14,15)でもって、前記外側の軌道輪(2)の内周面(16)及び前記内側の軌道輪(3)の外周面(17)に加工成形された溝状の各2つのレース軌道(18,19,20,21)に沿って転動するようになっており、前記レース軌道は、軸受ラジアル面に対する所定の接触角(α)により規定された押圧作用線(22,23)を有している形式のものにおいて、前記両方の列(12,13)の互いに隣接する前記球面ころ(6,7)は、前記レース軌道(18,19,20,21)の前記押圧作用線(22,23)間の間隔(aD)の増大により、かつ前記球面ころ(6,7)の前記両方の列(12,13)の、互いに個別の各保持器(4,5)を用いた案内により、前記互いに隣接する球面ころ間の相互の摩擦接触を排除する相互の間隔(aK)を有しており、少なくとも、大きい方のピッチ円(TK1)を有する前記列(12)の前記球面ころ(6)の、前記内側の軌道輪(3)に配置された前記レース軌道(19)は、前記球面ころ間の前記間隔(aK)を利用することにより軸方向の片側の延長部(24)を備えて形成されていることを特徴とする、アンギュラコンタクトころ軸受。
- 前記大きい方のピッチ円(TK1)を有する前記列(12)の前記球面ころ(6)の直径(d1)は、有利には、小さい方のピッチ円(TK2)を有する前記列(13)の前記球面ころ(7)の直径(d2)よりも大きくなっており、前記両方の列(12,13)の互いにそれぞれ隣接する前記球面ころ(6,7)は、半径方向で相互にずらされて配置された固有の回転軸線(25,26)を各々有している請求項1に記載のアンギュラコンタクトころ軸受。
- 前記球面ころ軸受(1)の前記個別の保持器(4,5)は、軸方向の構成スペースの減少のために、互いに少なくとも部分的に入れ子式に形成された輪郭を有しており、前記小さい方のピッチ円(TK2)を有する前記列(13)の球面ころ(7)の、前記内側の軌道輪(3)に配置された前記レース軌道(21)も、同様に軸方向の片側の延長部(27)を備えて形成されている請求項1に記載のアンギュラコンタクトころ軸受。
- 前記球面ころ軸受(1)の両方の前記保持器(4,5)は、有利にはプラスチック製・窓付き保持器として形成されており、該各プラスチック製・窓付き保持器はそれぞれ、直径の大きい方の1つの保持器リング(28,30)、及び直径の小さい方の1つの保持器リング(29,31)、並びに該両方の保持器リング(28,29,30,31)を互いにつなぐ複数の保持器ウエブ(32,33)から成っている請求項3に記載のアンギュラコンタクトころ軸受。
- 前記球面ころ軸受(1)の前記両方の保持器(4,5)の前記保持器リング(28,29,30,31)と前記保持器ウエブ(32,33)とは一緒に、前記球面ころ(6,7)の収容に適した各個別の保持器ポケット(34,35)を形成しており、該各保持器ポケットの輪郭は、前記各列(12,13)の前記各球面ころ(6,7)の断面輪郭に相応している請求項4に記載のアンギュラコンタクトころ軸受。
- 前記大きい方のピッチ円(TK1)を有する前記列(12)の前記球面ころ(6)の前記保持器(4)の前記直径の小さい方の保持器リング(29)と、前記小さい方のピッチ円(TK2)を有する前記列(13)の前記球面ころ(7)の前記保持器(5)の前記直径の大きい方の保持器リング(30)とが、前記両方の保持器(4,5)の組立位置において、互いに上下に重ね合わされて配置されている請求項5に記載のアンギュラコンタクトころ軸受。
- 前記球面ころ(6)の前記保持器(4)の前記直径の小さい方の保持器リング(29)の外周面(36)と、前記球面ころ(7)の前記保持器(5)の前記直径の大きい方の保持器リング(30)の内周面(37)とは、互いに離間されて、互いに隣接する2つの前記球面ころ(6,7)の前記回転軸線(25,26)により規定される各面上に配置されている請求項6に記載のアンギュラコンタクトころ軸受。
