Claims (13)
- 航空機や宇宙航行機に用いられる繊維複合部材(1)のコーティング方法であって、:
(i)繊維複合部材(1)を保護するために導入された繊維(5)から表面層が離れるように構成された繊維複合部材(1)の表面層(8)の少なくとも一部を前処理することで、個別粒子(15)が少なくとも一部に近接して施工された下地層(13)を形成する前処理ステップと、;
(ii)形成された下地層(13)に対し、避雷のための金属粒から成る金属コートとして、溶射法によって形成される少なくとも1つの機能層(17,18)を施工するステップとを有するコーティング方法。 - 前記前処理ステップは、前記表面層(7)から、不純物および油脂を除去するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティング方法。
- 前記前処理ステップでは、前記下地層(13)が、粗面化された表面(7)を含む表面微細形状(10)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のコーティング方法。
- 前処理ステップでは、前記下地層(13)が、アンダーカット(12)付きの空洞部(11)を含む表面微細形状(10)に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のコーティング方法。
- 前記表面層(8)を前処理するステップでは、前記下地層(13)が、少なくとも1層の樹脂/接着剤層の施工により形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のコーティング方法。
- 前記樹脂/接着剤層は、粒子を含む樹脂/接着物質を有し、
前記粒子は前記樹脂/接着剤層の施工の前に前記樹脂/接着物質に混ぜられ、
および/または前記樹脂/接着剤層の施工の後に、前記樹脂/接着物質は、前記樹脂/接着剤層に施工されて接着されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコーディング方法。 - 前記個別粒子(15)を施工するステップは、溶射プロセスを用いることによって行われることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコーティング方法。
- 前記溶射プロセスは、高速フレーム溶射という形態で行われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のコーティング方法。
- 少なくとも1層の前記機能層(17,18)は、埋め込まれる構成要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のコーティング方法。
- 埋め込まれた構成要素は、ストリップ導体および/または繊維により形成されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のコーティング方法。
- 繊維複合部材(1)を保護するために導入された繊維(5)から、表面層が離れるように配置された繊維複合部材(1)の表面層(8)の少なくとも一部に、前処理によって形成された下地層(13)に施工された少なくとも1層の機能層(17,18)を有する繊維複合部材(1)であって、
少なくとも一部に近接して配置された前記下地層(13)を形成するように個別粒子が施工され、
少なくとも1つの前記機能層(17,18)が、避雷のための金属粒から成る金属コートとして形成されることを特徴とする繊維複合部材(1)。 - 少なくとも1層の前記機能層(17,18)は、埋め込まれた構成要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の繊維複合部材(1)。
- 埋め込まれた前記構成要素は、ストリップ導体および/または繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の繊維複合部材(1)。
