Claims (12)
- 電気泳動用ゲルフィルムが支持部材に受け入れられるための複数の保持箇所を形成し、押圧によって設けられた複数の口部、を有する第1フィルム(2)を備える電気泳動ゲルフィルムのための支持部材。
- 請求項1記載の支持部材であって、
前記第1フィルム(2)は、泳動領域を規定する口部が無い領域を少なくとも一つ有する。 - 請求項1記載の支持部材であって、
前記第1フィルムの上に第2フィルム(3,30)を有し、前記第1及び第2フィルムは、双方のフィルム(2;3,30)を共に押圧することで形成される口部(4、4’)により物理的に付着している。 - 請求項3記載の支持部材であって、
前記第2フィルムは、泳動領域を規定する窓部(7,8)を少なくとも一つ有する - 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の支持部材であって、
支持部材によって形成された水平面に対する口部の開孔(θ)は、35°〜45°である。 - 第1フィルムと、
前記第1フィルムに結合する泳動領域を規定する窓部を少なくとも一つ有する第2フィルムと、
前記第2フィルムに付着する付着被覆層と、を備え、
ゲルが支持部材に堆積されて使用される際、第2フィルムの接着層の化学試薬により、ゲルは支持部材に付着するが、泳動領域では支持部材に付着していない、電気泳動ゲルフィルムのための支持部材。 - 請求項4又は6記載の支持部材であって、
前記第2フィルムは、中央窓(7)又は複数の細長窓(8)を有する。 - 請求項4又は7記載の支持部材であって、
前記第2フィルムは、少なくとも一つの窓(7,8)に沿ったスケール(9)を有する。 - 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の支持部材であって、
前記フィルムは、柔軟性を有するプラスチックフィルムである。 - 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の支持部材であって、
前記第1フィルム(2)は、周囲光に対して透明であるか、又はUV青光に対して不透明である。 - 例えばアガロースゲルフィルムのような電気泳動ゲルフィルムで被覆された、請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の支持部材を有する、電気泳動分離に使用される電気泳動部材。
- 電気泳動による生体分子の泳動を効果的にする、請求項11記載の電気泳動部材の使用。
