Abstract
【解決手段】バイオマスのような不均質固形物質を加圧容器内に導入することは困難である。従来から使用されているロータリバルブおよびエアロックは大きい欠点を有している。標準型のスクリュウコンベアを使用することは、加圧容器からのガスが、螺旋スクリュウの後ろに形成されるキャビティ内に逃散してしまうという事実からこれまで失敗してきた。これらの欠点は、スクリュウコンベアパイプ6内に2つの独立的に制御できるスクリュウを配置することで解決される。モータ12により駆動される一次スクリュウとモータ11により駆動される二次スクリュウとの間で、バイオマスは、両モータ11、12の回転速度の差により生じる高圧により圧密され、これにより、ほぼ完全な気密性を有する塞栓体13が形成される。本発明は、合成ガスの製造のために、加圧されたガス化装置内にバイオマスを導入するのに特に良く適している。

Claims (10)
- スクリュウコンベアシステムの補助により加圧容器内にバイオマスを供給する方法または装置において、スクリュウコンベアシステムが少なくとも2つのスクリュウコンベアからなり、これらのスクリュウコンベアの回転速度が独立的に制御されることを特徴とする方法または装置。
- 前記スクリュウコンベアは、軸線方向に前後に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法または装置。
- 前記2つのスクリュウコンベアの間に、搬送要素が設けられていないセクションが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法または装置。
- 前記スクリュウコンベアの1つは、バイオマスから流体相を押出すスクリュウプレスとして設計されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法または装置。
- 少なくとも1つのスクリュウコンベアがツインスクリュウを有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法または装置。
- 少なくとも1つのスクリュウコンベアが加熱可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法または装置。
- 前記スクウェアコンベアシステムの端部に、バイオマスの分割装置が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の方法または装置。
- 粗い粒子のバイオマスと細かい粒子のバイオマスとの混合物が、スクリュウコンベアシステムの入口に導かれることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法または装置。
- 前記バイオマスは流体でどろどろに磨り潰されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法または装置。
- 前記バイオマスは予熱されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法または装置。
