Abstract
Description

Claims (33)
- 器械シールを有する外科用アクセス器具であって、前記器械シールは、
近位端から遠位端まで延びる長手方向軸線と、
前記長手方向軸線に沿って延びる器械アクセスチャネルと、
シールハウジングと、
前記シールハウジング内に設けられていて、前記アクセスチャネルと整列した開口部を有する弾性圧縮要素と、
前記圧縮要素に設けられると共に前記圧縮要素の前記開口部を貫通して延び、それにより器械オリフィスを形成する非伸展性器械接触要素とを有し、
前記器械シールは、前記オリフィスを貫通して延びる器械が存在しない場合、第1の状態を有し、
前記器械シールは、前記オリフィスを貫通して延びる器械が存在する場合、第2の状態を有し、前記第2の状態では、前記器械接触要素は、器械に密着する、外科用アクセス器具。 - 前記弾性圧縮要素は、隔膜シールから成る、請求項1記載の外科用アクセス器具。
- 前記弾性圧縮要素は、ポリイソプレンから成る、請求項1記載の外科用アクセス器具。
- 前記弾性圧縮要素の伸び率は、少なくとも約600%である、請求項1記載の外科用アクセス器具。
- 前記器械接触要素は、ポリオレフィンフィルムから成る、請求項1記載の外科用アクセス器具。

前記器械シールは、前記オリフィスを貫通して延びる器械が存在しない場合、第1の状態を有し、
前記器械シールは、前記オリフィスを貫通して延びる器械が存在する場合、第2の状態を有し、前記第2の状態では、前記器械接触要素は、器械に密着する、外科用アクセス器具。 - 前記外科用アクセス器具は、前記器械シールを備えたシール組立体と、前記シール組立体から延びるカニューレとを有するトロカールであり、前記アクセスチャネルは、前記シール組立体及び前記カニューレを貫通して延びている、請求項10記載の外科用アクセス器具。
- 前記外科用アクセス器具は、ハンドポートである、請求項10記載の外科用アクセス器具。
- 前記圧縮要素は、ゲル材料から成る、請求項10記載の外科用アクセス器具。
