Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明によるLPG自動車用非接触式容積型燃料ポンプは、一側に吸入口/吐出口が装着されたポンプ胴体と、前記ポンプ胴体で圧力を発生させることができるように、前記ポンプ胴体に軸支されるピストンと、前記ピストンを往復運動させることができるように、前記ピストンロッドに結合されるリニアモータと、前記ピストンロッドを半径方向に強力に支持し、前記ポンプ胴体に往復運動するピストンを一定の半径方向位置に固定させることができるように、リニアモータの両側に配置される軸受と、内部に充填される潤滑剤をシールし、往復運動するピストンロッドに軸方向柔軟性を付与するために軸受とピストンとの間に配置されるダイヤフラムと、を備えて構成されることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- LPG自動車用燃料ポンプにおいて、
一側に吸入口および吐出口が装着されたポンプ胴体と、
前記ポンプ胴体で圧力を発生させることができるように、前記ポンプ胴体に軸支されるピストンと、
前記ピストンを往復運動させることができるように、ピストンロッドに結合されるリニアモータと、
前記ピストンロッドを半径方向に強力に支持し、前記ポンプ胴体内で往復運動する前記ピストンを一定の半径方向位置に固定させることができるように、前記リニアモータの両側に配置される軸受と、
内部に充填される潤滑剤をシールし、往復運動する前記ピストンロッドに軸方向柔軟性を付与するために、前記軸受と前記ピストンとの間に配置されるダイヤフラムと
を備えて構成されることを特徴とする潤滑剤隔離構造を有するLPG自動車用非接触式容積型燃料ポンプ。 - LPG自動車用燃料ポンプにおいて、
中央部位に吸入口および吐出口が装着されたポンプ胴体と、
前記ポンプ胴体で圧力を発生させることができるように、前記ポンプ胴体の両側に軸支されるピストンと、
前記ピストンを往復運動させることができるように、前記ピストンの各々のピストンロッドに結合されるリニアモータと、
前記ピストンロッドを半径方向に強力に支持し、前記ポンプ胴体の両側に往復運動する前記ピストンを一定の半径方向位置に固定させることができるように、前記リニアモータの各々の両側に配置される軸受と、
内部に充填される潤滑剤をシールし、両側で往復運動する前記ピストンロッドに軸方向柔軟性を付与するために、前記軸受と前記ピストンとの間に配置されるダイヤフラムと
を備えて構成されることを特徴とする潤滑剤隔離構造を有するLPG自動車用非接触式容積型燃料ポンプ。 - 前記ピストンは、前記ポンプ胴体とシール間隙が形成される非接触式であり、外周面には、前記ポンプ胴体の内部に漏出されるLPG燃料が後段に漏出されることを防止するために、複数のシール溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の潤滑剤隔離構造を有するLPG自動車用非接触式容積型燃料ポンプ。
- 前記ピストンロッドは、前記リニアモータの移動子に軸支されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の潤滑剤隔離構造を有するLPG自動車用非接触式容積型燃料ポンプ。
- 前記ピストンロッドが内部で円滑に往復運動できるように、前記軸受は、高い半径方向剛性と、低い軸方向剛性とを有するリニア軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の潤滑剤隔離構造を有するLPG自動車用非接触式容積型燃料ポンプ。
