前記各コイラーが、それぞれ、アンコイラーとリコイラーとを兼ねた可逆コイラー(1、17)として構成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (10)
- ストリップ状中間素材を圧延するための圧延設備であって、第1コイラーと、第2コイラーと、前記第1および第2コイラー間に配設された少なくとも1つの圧延スタンドと、前記各コイラーに付設されたコイル搬送台車と、を備えるものにおいて、前記各コイラーが、それぞれ、アンコイラーとリコイラーとを兼ねた可逆コイラー(1、17)として構成されていることを特徴とする圧延設備。
- 前記各コイラーには、それぞれ、コイルに巻かれたストリップの先端を口出しする装置、ストリップの先端を巻き取る装置、および、圧延されるべきストリップを可逆スタンドに導入する装置からなる装置群(2、19、18;16、20、21)が付設されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の圧延設備。
- 1つの第1可逆コイラー(1)と、1または複数のロール対を備えた圧延スタンド(3)と、1つの第2可逆コイラー(17)と、を備えていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の圧延設備。
- 1つの第1可逆コイラー(1)と、それぞれが1または複数のロール対を備えて列設された2つ以上の圧延スタンド(3、11)と、1つの第2可逆コイラー(17)と、を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の圧延設備。
- 前記ストリップ導入装置が、ストリップ先端の準備部を有することを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の圧延設備。
- 前記ストリップ導入装置が、1つの可動移行台(19、20)と、1つの可動加圧ローラ(18、21)とを備え、前記ストリップ先端は、前記可逆スタンドに導入するために、前記加圧ローラによって予め曲げられるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の圧延設備。
- 前記各コイラーに付設されたコイル搬送台車は、それぞれ、前記各コイラーとストリップ移載位置との間、および、前記各コイラー間を走行可能であることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の圧延設備。
- 選択された圧延方向またはその時点での圧延方向に応じて、各可逆コイラー(1、17)の何れか一方にコイルを搬送し、かつ、前記各可逆コイラー(1、17)の他方からコイルを搬出するように構成されたコイル搬送装置(22、27)と、
前記各コイラーに対して往復移動可能なコイル搬送台車(22、27)と、
横方向に移動する搬送台車としてのコイル搬送台車または別の搬送装置(26)と、
コイル保管部(25、30)へとコイルを搬出するためのコイル搬送台車または別の搬送装置(24)と、
選択された圧延方向またはその時点での圧延方向と、コイル搬入部およびコイル搬出部におけるコイルの配列とに応じて、搬入されるコイルおよび圧延されたコイルを180°回転させるためのコイル搬送台車または別の搬送装置(23、28、26)と、
を備えたコイル搬送システムを特徴とする圧延設備。 - 前記各可逆コイラー(1、17)が、軸方向に移動可能に取付けられていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の圧延設備。
- 前記各可逆コイラー(1、17)は、圧延されるストリップが常に圧延設備の中心に保持されるようにするためのストリップセンタリング制御装置を装備していることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の圧延設備。
