Abstract
【解決手段】−EGRバルブ(1)の空気入口通路(2)における新鮮な空気の流量を最大に設定し、
−前記EGRバルブ(1)におけるEGRガスのためのガス入口通路(3)を徐々に開き、
−前記EGRバルブ(1)におけるEGRガスの流量がさらに増加する前に、
−EGRガスの流量を単調増加曲線に従って連続的に増加させるため、新鮮な空気の前記空気入口通路(2)を徐々に閉じる
ことを特徴とする自動車内燃機関のEGR回路。

−3方向バルブの空気入口通路における新鮮な空気の流量を最大に設定し、
−前記3方向バルブにおけるEGRガスのためのガス入口通路を徐々に開き、
−前記3方向バルブにおけるEGRガスの流量がさらに増加する前に、
−EGRガスの流量を単調増加曲線に従って連続的に増加させるため、新鮮な空気の前記空気入口通路を徐々に閉じる、
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (6)
- エンジン(21)と、燃焼ガス排気マニホールド(22)と、ターボチャージャ(24)と、タービン(25)と、排気ガス再循環(EGR)回路(28)と、コンプレッサ(26)からの排気ガス、および空気を受け入れるためのエンジン吸気マニホールド(23)とを備え、前記EGR回路(28)は、クーラ(29)と、前記ターボチャージャ(24)の前記コンプレッサ(26)の上流に配置され、前記クーラ(29)の出口に連結される3方向バルブ(1)とを有し、前記3方向バルブ(1)は、前記コンプレッサ(26)で昇圧される新鮮な空気および冷却された排気ガスを受け入れて混合する2つの入口通路を有する自動車内燃機関のEGR回路の使用方法において、
−EGRバルブ(1)の空気入口通路(2)における新鮮な空気の流量を最大に設定し、
−前記3方向バルブ(1)におけるEGRガスのためのガス入口通路(3)を徐々に開き、
−前記3方向バルブ(1)におけるEGRガスの流量がさらに増加する前に、
−EGRガスの流量を単調増加曲線に従って増加させるため、新鮮な空気の前記空気入口通路(2)を徐々に閉じる
ことを特徴とする自動車内燃機関のEGR回路の使用方法。 - 前記3方向バルブ(1)は、新鮮な空気およびEGRガスの2つの前記入口通路(2、3)のそれぞれに対応する2つのフラップ(5、6)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動車内燃機関のEGR回路の使用方法。
- 前記EGRバルブ(1)における前記空気入口通路(2)を閉じるために空気フラップ(5)が回転を開始するとき、EGRガスのガスフラップ(6)を約55°の角度位置から回転させ、前記ガス入口通路(3)におけるEGRガスの流量が減少を開始し、前記空気フラップ(5)が90°まで回転し続けて、空気入口通路(2)が完全に閉じることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自動車内燃機関のEGR回路の使用方法。
- 前記空気フラップ(5)は、90°まで回転することを特徴とする請求項3記載の自動車内燃機関のEGR回路の使用方法。
- 前記空気フラップ(5)は、空気入口通路(2)が完全に閉じるまで回転することを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の自動車内燃機関のEGR回路の使用方法。
- 前記空気フラップ(5)は、空気入口通路(2)が部分的に閉じるまで回転することを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の自動車内燃機関のEGR回路の使用方法。
