Abstract
Description
主に個々のバッテリセルの自由な対流式の冷却を可能にするように設計されているハイブリッド機関車のための大型のバッテリパックが、例えばWO2007/047809A2において公知である。このバッテリパックは、公知の形式で、個々のモジュールからなる。個々のモジュールは、支持構造として形成されている棚システムの引出し内に配置されている。個々のモジュールは、それぞれ2つのセルを有する。セルは、引出し内に互いに間隔を置いて固定されている。引出しは、個々のモジュールが熱的に互いに隔離されているように形成されている。セルは、上方への熱導出を可能にする少なくとも1つの対流通路が形成されるように、互いに間隔を置いて配置されている。すべての棚アッセンブリは、ショックアブソーバとしての水平及び鉛直のアイソレータによって支持される。これらのショックアブソーバは、通気されるか、あるいは機械的に送風可能なフードによって包囲されているアッセンブリ全体の制限された可動性を与える。
まさに現代のリチウムイオンバッテリ又はリチウム金属バッテリは、高いエネルギ密度の点で優れており、この高いエネルギ密度は、リチウムイオンバッテリ又はリチウム金属バッテリが乗用車での使用に適しているように思わせる。
上記課題は、電動車両又は電動ハイブリッドドライブを備える車両のためのバッテリパックにおいて、バッテリハウジングと、該バッテリハウジング内に配置される、複数の独立したあるいはそれ自体閉じたバッテリセルとを備え、該バッテリセルが、所望の端子電圧を達成するために電気的に互いに接続されており、複数のバッテリセルが、それぞれ互いに間隔を置いて固定フレーム内に配置されて、それぞれセルモジュールを形成しており、該セルモジュールがそれぞれ、前記バッテリハウジングに配設あるいは配列される固定要素上に配置されており、該固定要素は、前記セルモジュール間のスペーサとして形成され、かつ前記バッテリハウジングとともに1つの支持ユニットを形成していることによって解決される。

Claims (14)
- 電動車両又は電動ハイブリッドドライブを備える車両のためのバッテリパック(1)において、バッテリハウジング(2)と、該バッテリハウジング(2)内に配置される、複数の独立したバッテリセル(3)とを備え、該バッテリセル(3)が、所望の端子電圧を達成するために電気的に互いに接続されており、複数のバッテリセル(3)が、それぞれ互いに間隔を置いて固定フレーム(6)内に配置されて、それぞれセルモジュール(4)を形成しており、該セルモジュール(4)がそれぞれ、前記バッテリハウジング(2)に配設される固定要素上に配置されており、該固定要素は、前記セルモジュール(4)間のスペーサ(12)として形成され、かつ前記バッテリハウジング(2)とともに支持ユニットを形成していることを特徴とする、バッテリパック。
- 前記固定要素が、前記バッテリハウジング(2)の周囲壁(11)のうちの少なくとも2つを互いに支持するプロフィル材として形成されている、請求項1記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記セルモジュール(4)の前記固定フレーム(6)が前記支持ユニットの一部を形成する、請求項1又は2記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリセル(3)が1つの固定フレーム(6)内で該固定フレーム(6)に関して少なくとも一空間軸方向で柔軟に支承されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記セルモジュール(4)が電気的なコネクタ(5a,5b)を介して互いに接続されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタ(5a,5b)が軽金属からなる、請求項5記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタ(5a,5b)がアルミニウムからなる、請求項5又は6記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記コネクタ(5a,5b)が、0.3〜2.0の面積/体積比(m2/m3)を有する長方形プレートとして形成されている、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記セルモジュール(4)が列状に、複数の列をなして前記バッテリハウジング(2)内に配置されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記セルモジュール(4)の列状の配置は、それぞれ相並んで配置された列のセル間の中間室が互いに一列になるようにか、あるいは互いに連通するように選択されている、請求項9記載のバッテリパック。
- 列状に重なり合わせにかつ/又は隣り合わせに配置される複数の前記セルモジュール(4)の前記固定要素が、互いに結合されて、格子構造を形成している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリハウジング(2)が、前記バッテリハウジング(2)の動圧誘導された通流及び対流による通流を可能にする少なくとも1つの通気開口及び排気開口(18,19)を備える、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記プロフィル材がT形のプロフィルとして形成されている、請求項12記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリセル(3)がそれぞれ、プラスチックシート内に収容された電極として、該電極間に配置されたセパレータと液状の電解質とを備えて形成され、かつそれぞれ2つのフレキシブルな接続タブ(3a,3b)を有しており、該接続タブ(3a,3b)が前記コネクタ(5a,5b)に接続されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のバッテリパック。
