Claims (14)
- 伝熱カセットで使用される伝熱プレートであって、複数の山(9)および谷(10)を有する波形パターンを有し、2つのカセットが互いに隣接するように位置させられたときに非接触流路の一部になる伝熱面(8)を囲む密封ガスケット溝(3)を有する伝熱プレートにおいて、
前記密封ガスケット溝(3)は、第1の平坦部(12)と第2の湾曲部(13)とを含むベース面を有し、前記湾曲部は、1度から25度の間である角度αだけ傾斜していることを特徴とする、伝熱プレート。 - 前記第2の湾曲部(13)の長さI2は、前記第1の平坦部(12)の長さI1の10%〜90%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の伝熱プレート。
- 前記第2の湾曲部(13)の長さI2は、前記第1の平坦部(12)の長さI1の10%〜40%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の伝熱プレート。
- 前記角度αは1度〜20度の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の伝熱プレート。
- 前記角度αは3度〜10度の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の伝熱プレート。
- 前記ガスケット溝(3)の前記第2の湾曲部(13)は、前記プレートの中心の近くに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の伝熱プレート。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の、少なくとも1枚の前記伝熱プレートを有する、伝熱カセット。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の、2枚の前記伝熱プレートが前記カセットに使用されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の伝熱カセット。
- 前記湾曲部(13)はくさび形キャビティ(11)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の伝熱カセット。
- 前記くさび形キャビティ(11)は前記カセットの中心の近くに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の伝熱カセット。
- 前記カセットはろう付けプロセスによって組み立てられることを特徴とする、請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載の伝熱カセット。
- くさび形キャビティ(11)は余分なろう接はんだを保持するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の伝熱カセット。
- 請求項7から12のいずれか1項に記載の、複数の伝熱カセットを有する熱交換器。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の、2枚の前記伝熱プレートを使用して伝熱カセットを組み立てる方法であって、
前記伝熱プレートの前記第2の湾曲部のうちの少なくとも1つにのみろう接はんだを塗布するステップと、
2枚の前記プレートを互いに組み立てるステップと、
ろう付けプロセスにおいて前記カセットをろう付けするステップと、
を含む、方法。
