Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念に記載の形式の、即ち、内燃機関のための燃料噴射装置の燃料高圧ポンプの吸込み側の圧送量制御のための燃料調量ユニットであって、該燃料調量ユニットが、電磁石により操作される、弁部材を備えた制御弁を有しており、前記電磁石が、可動子及び可動子ピンを有しており、該可動子ピンが、少なくとも1つの支承ブシュ内で軸方向に摺動可能に支承されている形式の、燃料高圧ポンプのための燃料調量ユニットから出発する。
発明の利点
請求項1の特徴部に記載の構成を備えた本発明による燃料調量ユニット、即ち、少なくとも1つの支承ブシュが、金属から成る中実の、分割されていない構成部材として形成されていることを特徴とする、燃料高圧ポンプのための燃料調量ユニットは、可動子ピンの正確な支承と、支承部の少ない摩耗とが可能になるという利点を有している。支承ブシュは、中実の構成部材として高い精度で製作され得るとともに、燃料調量ユニットの運転中でも変形しない。中実の構成部材として形成された支承ブシュにより、可動子ピンの直径と、支承ブシュのための収容部の直径との間の比較的大きな直径差も補償され得る。
以下に、本発明を実施するための形態を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関のための燃料噴射装置の燃料高圧ポンプの吸込み側の圧送量制御のための燃料調量ユニットであって、該燃料調量ユニットが、電磁石(10)により操作される、弁部材(34)を備えた制御弁(12)を有しており、前記電磁石(10)が、可動子(16)及び可動子ピン(18)を有しており、該可動子ピン(18)が、少なくとも1つの支承ブシュ(52)内で軸方向に摺動可能に支承されている形式のものにおいて、
前記の少なくとも1つの支承ブシュ(52)が、金属から成る中実の、分割されていない構成部材として形成されていることを特徴とする、燃料高圧ポンプのための燃料調量ユニット。 - 支承ブシュ(52)が切削加工により製作されている、請求項1記載の燃料調量ユニット。
- 支承ブシュ(52)が、鋼から製作されており、且つ少なくとも可動子ピン(18)がガイドされている支承面(54)が、炭窒化された表面層を有している、請求項1又は2記載の燃料調量ユニット。
- 支承ブシュ(52)の支承面(54)が、滑り研削された表面を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料調量ユニット。
- 支承ブシュ(52)の支承面(54)が、少なくともほぼ円筒形であるか、又は軽度に凸面状に湾曲されており、前記支承ブシュ(52)内で前記支承面(54)に、可動子ピン(18)の軸方向で非円筒形の面(56)が続いている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料調量ユニット。
- 前記非円筒形の面(56)が、円錐形に形成されているか、又は湾曲されて形成されており、支承ブシュ(52)の内径(d)が、軸方向で支承面(54)から離れる方向で拡径している、請求項5記載の燃料調量ユニット。
- 内燃機関の燃料噴射装置のための燃料高圧ポンプであって、吸込み側の圧送量制御のための燃料調量ユニットを備えている形式のものにおいて、
該燃料調量ユニットが、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の構成を有していることを特徴とする、燃料高圧ポンプ。
