Claims (20)
- 抵抗インプラント溶接部により第2のプラスチックコンポーネントに接合される第1のプラスチックコンポーネント上に抵抗インプラントを位置決めするインプラントアプリケータであって、
抵抗インプラント材料が巻き付けられた供給部材と、
該供給部材に作動的に連結されると共に少なくとも一部が導電性材料で形成された第1の部材と、
前記供給部材及び前記第1の部材に作動的に連結され、少なくとも一部が導電性材料で形成された第2の部材と、を備え、
第1の部材は、前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記供給部材から前記第2の部材に案内するよう動作可能なローラとして形成され、前記第2の部材は、前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記第1の部材から前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントに押し付けるよう動作可能なローラとして形成され、
前記インプラントアプリケータの動作中、前記第2の部材が前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントに押し付けるのと略同時に前記供給部材と前記第2の部材との間の前記抵抗インプラント材料を加熱する電気装置を有し、前記加熱された抵抗インプラント材料は、前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネント上の定位置に仮留めされるようになる、
ことを特徴とするインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記電気装置は、前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との間の電気回路を構成するよう前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との間にまたがる前記抵抗インプラント材料の所与の長さ分を更に有し、前記抵抗インプラント材料は、電流が前記長さ分を通って流れることにより加熱される、
請求項1記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記電気装置は、前記第2の部材に先立って前記抵抗インプラント材料の所与の長さ分の少なくとも一部分を通る電流の流れを含む、
請求項1記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記第2の部材は、前記抵抗インプラント材料が曲線の接線方向に位置合わせされて前記第2の部材が前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントの湾曲部分に沿って前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントに仮留めすることができるよう前記第1の部材に対して選択的に回動する、
請求項1記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記第2の部材は、前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントに押し付けるよう前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントの互いに反対側の表面に係合する直立突出部を有する、
請求項1記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記インプラントアプリケータは、ロボットアームに取り付けられ、前記ロボットアームは、前記インプラントアプリケータを前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントに対して全体として前方に動かす、
請求項1記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記インプラントアプリケータを手動で作動させるためにオペレータが持つことができる取っ手を更に有する、
請求項1記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記抵抗インプラント材料を加熱する前記電気装置は、電流の流れによって加熱される前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材の少なくとも一方を含む、
請求項1記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材の少なくとも一方は、電気ヒータにより加熱される、
請求項1記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材の少なくとも一方への電圧の印加及び電流の流れを可能にするオン/オフスイッチとして機能する電子制御ユニットを更に有する、
請求項1記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 抵抗インプラント溶接部により第2のプラスチックコンポーネントに接合されるべき第1のプラスチックコンポーネント上に抵抗インプラントを位置決めするインプラントアプリケータであって、
抵抗インプラント材料の供給部材と、
前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記供給部材から案内する第1の部材と、
前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記供給部材及び前記第1の部材から前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントに押し付ける第2の部材と、
前記供給部材と前記第2の部材との間の前記抵抗インプラント材料を加熱する電気装置とを備え、
前記第2の部材が前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントに押し付けると、前記抵抗インプラント材料は、前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネント上の定位置に仮留めされるようになる、
ことを特徴とするインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記抵抗インプラント材料を加熱する前記電気装置は、前記第2の部材に先立って前記抵抗インプラント材料の所与の長さ分の少なくとも一部分を通る電流の流れを含む、
請求項11記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記抵抗インプラント材料を加熱するために電流が前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との間に流される、
請求項11記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - 前記第1の部材及び前記第2の部材は、ローラである、

請求項1記載のインプラントアプリケータ。 - インプラントアプリケータを作動させて、抵抗インプラント溶接部により第2のプラスチックコンポーネントに接合される第1のプラスチックコンポーネント上に抵抗インプラントを位置決めする方法であって、
抵抗インプラント材料の供給部材を用意するステップと、
前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記供給部材から案内する第1の部材を用意するステップと、
前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記供給部材及び前記第1の部材から前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントに押し付ける第2の部材を用意するステップであって、前記第2の部材が前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントの輪郭と作動的に整列するよう前記第1の部材に対して選択的に回動することができるステップと、
前記供給部材と前記第2の部材との間の前記抵抗インプラント材料を加熱する電気装置を用意するステップと、
前記インプラントアプリケータの前記第2の部材を前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントの標的表面と整列させるステップと、
電流を流して前記供給部材と前記第2の部材との間の前記抵抗インプラント材料を加熱するステップと、
前記インプラントアプリケータを全体として前方方向に動かして前記第2の部材が加熱状態の前記抵抗インプラント材料を前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントに押し付けると、前記抵抗インプラント材料が前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネント上の定位置に仮留めされて抵抗インプラントを形成するようにするステップと、
前記第2のプラスチックコンポーネントを前記仮留め状態の抵抗インプラント上に位置決めするステップと、
電流を前記抵抗インプラントに流すことにより前記第1のプラスチックコンポーネントと前記第2のプラスチックコンポーネントを接合する抵抗インプラント溶接部を形成するステップと、を備えている、
ことを特徴とする方法。
