Abstract
Description
ASTM D−3776(参照により本明細書に援用する)により坪量(BW)を測定し、g/m2(gsm)で報告する。
70デニール、60gsmのDWRナイロンタフタ布(Rose City Textiles(Portland,Oregon)より入手可能)および坪量が10gsm(グラム毎平方メートル)、平均繊維径が421nmであり、125Paにおける通気性が110L/m2/秒であるナイロン6,6から作製されたナノウェブ(DuPont(Wilmington,De)より入手可能)から2層布帛構造体を作製した。反応性ウレタンホットメルト接着剤を用いてナイロン織布をナノウェブに積層した。被覆率が45%の点状パターンを有するグラビアロールのアプリケーターを用いて、アプリケーターの圧力を276kPa(ゲージ)、ラインスピードを2.8mpmとして、135℃で接着剤を適用した。次いで、この2層構造体を、70デニール、60gsmのDWRナイロンタフタのさらなる層に同じ工程で積層することにより、タフタ/ナノウェブ/タフタの3層構造にした。次いで、積層体を裁断して試験用に正方形に縫合した。
積層体の最後の層を66gsmのナイロントリコット(Rose City Textiles(Portland,OR))としたことを除いて実施例1に記載したように3層布帛構造体を作製した。
両方の外層をナイロントリコット布(Rose City Textilesより入手可能)としたことを除いて実施例1に記載したように3層布帛構造体を作製した。
最初の層をナイロントリコットとし、最後の層を70デニール、60gsmのDWRナイロンタフタ布(Rose City Textiles)としたことを除いて実施例1に記載したように3層布帛構造体を作製した。
ナイロン織布を、溶剤系反応性ウレタン接着剤を用いてナノウェブに積層することにより2層布帛構造体を作製したことを除いて実施例1に記載したように実施した。被覆率が45%の点状パターンを有するグラビアロールを用いて、アプリケーターの圧力を276kPa(ゲージ)、ラインスピードを2.9mpmとして接着剤を適用した。次いで、この2層構造体をナイロントリコットのさらなる層に同じ工程で積層することによってタフタ/ナイロンナノウェブ/トリコットの3層構造にした。
実施例6は、タフタ/ナノウェブ/タフタの超音波積層体とした。51gsmのナイロンタフタ布および坪量が11gsm(グラム毎平方メートル)であり平均繊維径が430nmであるナイロン6,6から作製されたナノウェブおよびもう1つのタフタの層から3層構造体を作製した。3層を揃えてBeckmann Converting(Amsterdam,NY)で超音波接着させた。使用したパターンは点状パターンである。
実施例7においては、タフタ/ナノウェブ/トリコットを実施例6に記載したように構成して超音波積層した。坪量が36gsmのトリコットを使用した。
Precision Fabrics Group(Greensboro,NC)より入手可能な市販の102gsmの防塵静電気放電(ESD)布帛。
Claims (8)
- 第1布帛と第2布帛との間に対面する関係で並べられたナノウェブを含む防塵衣服であって、前記衣服の通気性が少なくとも1.0cm3・秒-1・cm-2であり、0.5ミクロンの粒子濾過効率が1回洗浄後に少なくとも90%であり、かつ25回洗浄後に少なくとも50%である衣服。
- 前記第1および第2布帛が、独立して、タフタ、トリコット、またはリップストップである請求項1に記載の衣服。
- 前記第1または第2布帛の一方または両方がESD布帛である請求項1に記載の衣服。
- 前記ナノウェブの坪量が2〜50gsmである請求項1に記載の衣服。
- 前記ナノウェブが前記布帛に結合されている請求項1に記載の衣服。
- 前記ナノウェブが、前記第1または第2布帛の一方に結合されたスクリムに結合されている請求項1に記載の衣服。
- 前記ナノウェブがスクリム上に直接紡糸されており、前記スクリムとナノウェブとを合わせた構造体が前記第1布帛と第2布帛との間に結合されている請求項1に記載の衣服。
- 前記第1および第2布帛が、接着剤結合、溶剤接着、および超音波接着からなる群から選択される方法によって前記ナノウェブに独立して結合されている請求項5に記載の衣服。
