Abstract
Description
As2O5→As2O3+O2(ガス)

Claims (10)
- 高温流体配送システムにおける耐火物槽のための架台であって、
トラフを画成する基部および両側壁を含むシェルを有し、該シェルが溶融ジルコニアを含有していることを特徴とする架台。 - 前記シェルが単一体構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の架台。
- 前記溶融ジルコニアが、1000℃の温度における非腐食性液体に対して本質的に不浸透性であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の架台。
- 前記耐火物槽が、溶融ガラスを配送するように動作し得る耐火物金属配管であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項記載の架台。
- 前記溶融ジルコニアが少なくとも4.8g・cm−3の密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項記載の架台。
- 前記シェルが少なくとも90重量%のZrO2を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項記載の架台。
- 前記シェルの内側に、前記高温流体配送システムを支持するように動作し得る鋳込まれた耐火物材料をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1項記載の架台。
- ガラス製造システムにおいて、
溶融ガラス収容するように動作し得る耐火物金属槽、
該金属槽を少なくとも或る程度取り囲む、溶融ジルコニアを含むシェルを備えた架台であって、前記シェルはトラフを画成する基部および両側壁を含むものである架台、および
前記金属槽の外表面と前記シェルとの間に配置された、鋳込まれた耐火物材料からなる枕、
を備えていることを特徴とするガラス製造システム。 - 前記鋳込まれた耐火物材料からなる枕が、前記架台と前記金属槽の外表面との間の隙間を実質的に満たしていることを特徴とする請求項8記載のガラス製造システム。
- 前記金属槽の壁の厚さが10mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載のガラス製造システム。
