Claims (8)
- 高温ガスを供給されるターボ機関の構成要素であって、構造材料として固溶強化されたニッケル基鍛錬用合金を有する構成要素において、該構成要素が、鉄・クロム・アルミニウム・イットリウム合金群から成る高温ガス側の内張りを備えることを特徴とする高温ガスを供給される構成要素。
- 前記高温ガス側の内張りが、アルクロム・イットリウム・ハフニウム合金であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高温ガスを供給される構成要素。
- 前記鉄・クロム・アルミニウム・イットリウム合金は、ベース要素としての鉄と、16%から24%のクロムと、3%から9%のアルミニウムと、0.02%から0.2%のイットリウムと、0.1%までのハフニウムと、0.1%までのジルコニウムと、0.1%までの希土類属の金属、特にランタニドとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の高温ガスを供給される構成要素。
- 前記高温ガス側の内張りは、高温はんだ、溶接、あるいは被覆によって塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の高温ガスを供給される構成要素。
- 基礎材料と内張りとの間で、拡散バリアが使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の高温ガスを供給される構成要素。
- 前記構造材料に、冷却空気側のコーティングが塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の高温ガスを供給される構成要素。
- 前記冷却空気側のコーティングが、MCrAlY合金群の合金であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の高温ガスを供給される構成要素。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の高温ガスを供給される構成要素を有するターボ機関。
