Abstract
【解決手段】 内燃機関の排ガスを循環させるための装置であって、排ガス流が高圧側で流入し、低圧側で流出する排ガス駆動式圧縮機(2)と、前記圧縮機(2)に対して高圧側の循環排ガス用の分岐点(5a)と、前記分岐排ガス流(5a)から冷媒に熱を輸送するための少なくとも1つの排ガス冷却器(10、12)と、を有し、前記高圧側で分岐された排ガス流(5a)と、前記圧縮機に対して低圧側の排ガス流(8)との間で熱を伝達することができる伝熱体(7)が設けられている。

Claims (13)
- 内燃機関の排ガスを循環させるための装置であって、
排ガス流が高圧側で流入し、低圧側で流出する排ガス駆動式圧縮機(2)と、
前記圧縮機(2)に対して高圧側の循環排ガス用の分岐点(5a)と、
前記分岐排ガス流(5a)から冷媒に熱を輸送するための少なくとも1つの排ガス冷却器(10、12)とを有し、
前記高圧側で分岐された排ガス流(5a)と、前記圧縮機に対して低圧側の排ガス流(8)との間で熱を伝達することができる伝熱体(7)が設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 低圧側において前記伝熱体(7)の下流側には、特に貯蔵触媒、還元触媒または微粒子フィルタ群からなる少なくとも1つの排ガス後処理手段(9)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記伝熱体(7)の前記低圧側の排ガス流(8)が、前記圧縮機(2)の前記低圧側の排ガス流(8)の部分流(8b)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- アクチュエータ(14)を介して、前記部分流(8b)を調整することができることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記伝熱体(7)が、高圧側の排ガス流(5a)と低圧側の排ガス流(8)とを貫流させることができる一体に形成された熱交換器であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記伝熱体(7)が、流体(7c)を介して熱的に結合されている低圧側の熱交換器(7b)および高圧側の熱交換器(7a)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記伝熱体(7)が加熱管(7d)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記排ガス冷却器(10)が、前記内燃機関(1)の冷却剤回路、特に主冷却回路に熱を伝達するための間接排ガス冷却器であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記排ガス冷却器(12)が、周囲空気に熱を伝達するための直接排ガス冷却器であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 第1の間接排ガス冷却器(10)と第2の直接排ガス冷却器(12)とが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 第1の間接排ガス冷却器(10)と第2の間接排ガス冷却器(12)とが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 特に、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置により、内燃機関の排ガスを循環させるための方法であって、
a.排ガス駆動式圧縮機(2)の高圧側の循環させるべき排ガス流(5a)を分岐するステップと、
b.前記循環させるべき排ガス流(5a)から前記圧縮機(2)の低圧側の排ガス流(8)に熱を伝達するステップと、
c.排ガス冷却器(10、12)によって、前記循環させるべき排ガス流(5a)を冷却するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記低圧側の排ガス流(8)が、特に貯蔵触媒、還元触媒または微粒子フィルタ群からなる排ガス後処理手段(9)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
