Abstract
Description
の繰り返し単位から本質的になる全芳香族ポリカルボンアミドポリマーおよびコポリマーを意味することを意図される。好ましくは、p−アラミド粒子は、ポリ(p−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)(PPD−Tとしても知られる)粒子である。PPD−Tとは、p−フェニレンジアミンと塩化テレフタロイルとのモル−モル重合によって生じるホモポリマーならびに、また、p−フェニレンジアミンと共に少量の他のジアミンのおよび塩化テレフタロイルと共に少量の他の二酸塩化物の組み入れによって生じるコポリマーを意味する。
Claims (12)
- i.ポリアセタール樹脂と、
ii.p−アラミド粒子と、
iii.ビニル末端ジメチルシロキサンポリマーと
を含むポリアセタール組成物。 - 重量百分率がポリアセタール組成物の総重量を基準として、75重量%〜98重量%または約75重量%〜約98重量%の前記ポリアセタール樹脂を含む請求項1に記載のポリアセタール組成物。
- 重量百分率がポリアセタール組成物の総重量を基準として、1重量%〜20重量%または約1重量%〜約20重量%のp−アラミド粒子を含む請求項1または2に記載のポリアセタール組成物。
- 重量百分率がポリアセタール組成物の総重量を基準として、0.5重量%〜5重量%または約0.5重量%〜約5重量%のビニル末端ジメチルシロキサンポリマーを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリアセタール組成物。
- 前記p−アラミド粒子が500μmを超えない平均最大寸法を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリアセタール組成物。
- 前記p−アラミド粒子が150μmを超えない平均最大寸法を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリアセタール組成物。
- 前記p−アラミド粒子がポリ(p−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)粒子である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリアセタール組成物。
- 前記ビニル末端ジメチルシロキサンポリマーが25℃で150CST〜10,000CSTまたは約150CST〜約10,000CSTの粘度を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリアセタール組成物。
- 前記ポリアセタール樹脂、p−アラミド粒子および前記ビニル末端ジメチルシロキサンポリマーを混合する工程を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリアセタールポリマー組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリアセタール組成物から形成された成形品。
- ベアリング、ギア、カム、ローラー、滑り板、滑車、レバー、ガイドまたはコンベヤシステム構成部品である、請求項10に記載の成形品。
- コンベヤシステム構成部品である、請求項11に記載の成形品。
