Claims (21)
- 生体内の血管、管または管腔から閉塞物質の堆積物を除去するフレキシブルカテーテルシステムであって、
回転螺旋吸引ポンプを備え、前記回転螺旋吸引ポンプは螺旋ワイヤ、コアおよびカテーテルジャケットを備え、前記カテーテルジャケットは前記螺旋ワイヤを囲むものであり、前記螺旋ワイヤは螺旋配置で前記コアに巻き付けられ、さらに、前記螺旋ワイヤは螺旋回転動力源によって駆動されて、前記コアとは独立に作動するフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。 - 前記螺旋ワイヤが前記螺旋回転動力源によって駆動されたとき、前記コアは回転しないように構成される請求項1に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記コアは、前記螺旋ワイヤの前記作動と同じ方向に回転するように構成される請求項1に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記コアは、前記螺旋ワイヤの前記作動と反対方向に回転するように構成される請求項1に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記コアを回転させるコア回転動力源は、前記螺旋回転動力源とは独立している請求項4に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記コアの独立した回転は、フレキシブルカテーテルシステムの遠位端および作業ヘッドを変位させて、閉塞物質の除去を改善する作用を有する請求項4に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記コアは、中空であり、また、注入ポンプから、血管、管または管腔への注入流体の送出を可能にするように構成される請求項1に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記注入ポンプは、前記螺旋ワイヤと前記コアのいずれかとは独立に作動するように構成される請求項7に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- ガイドワイヤ追従手段をさらに備える請求項1に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 遠位保護をさらに備える請求項1に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 線維性物質のフレキシブルコンベヤーであって、
コイルワイヤと、当該コイルワイヤとは独立して回転するように配置された中心コアとを備える螺旋コンベヤーを備え、前記螺旋コンベヤーは、ジャケット内で回転するように構成され、前記螺旋コンベヤーが回転する際に線維性物質が詰るのを防止すべく、前記螺旋コンベヤーは、ロータ直径の50%程度の大きさのクリアランスを前記ジャケット内に有するフレキシブルコンベヤー。 - 前記螺旋コンベヤーは、前記クリアランスによる漏洩を克服するために、十分に高速で回転するように構成される請求項11に記載のフレキシブルコンベヤー。
- 生体内の血管、管または管腔から閉塞物質の堆積物を除去するフレキシブルカテーテルシステムであって、螺旋コイルを収容するカテーテルジャケットを備えるカテーテルと、少なくとも前記螺旋コイルをコアワイヤとは独立して回転させるように構成された回転動力源とを備え、ガイドワイヤおよびガイドワイヤ追従手段をさらに備え、前記カテーテルジャケットの遠位領域は、前記螺旋コイルが作動している間、前記ガイドワイヤから横方向に変位するように構成されるフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記カテーテルは、近位領域、遠位領域および前記近位領域と前記遠位領域との間に延在するハウジングとを備え、前記ハウジングは、前記吸引カテーテルジャケットを備え、かつ、前記遠位領域の入口領域および前記近位領域の出口領域を有する管腔を画定し、さらに、前記ガイドワイヤ追従手段は、前記カテーテルの前記遠位領域における少なくとも2つの離間した点で前記ガイドワイヤに隣接して前記カテーテルを保持し、前記螺旋コイル内で前記カテーテルジャケットの長さに沿って延在する中心コア管をなおさらに備え、前記中心コア管は、前記螺旋コイルに直接結合されない請求項13に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記回転動力源は、可変速度パターンで作動する請求項14に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記螺旋コイルは、螺旋ピッチの異なる複数のゾーンを備える請求項14に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記中心コア管は、中実のワイヤまたはフィラメントである請求項14に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
- 前記回転動力源は、可変速度パターンで作動する請求項1に記載のフレキシブルカテーテルシステム。
