Abstract
【解決手段】エンジンEの排気管102に設けられたSCR(選択還元触媒)装置103と、SCR装置103の上流側で尿素水を噴射するドージングバルブ104と、ドージングバルブ104の温度が所定温度以上であるとき、ドージングバルブ104の温度に応じた最低噴射量を設定する最低噴射量設定部128と、エンジンEから排出されるNOx量に応じた尿素水の噴射量が最低噴射量よりも小さいとき、尿素水の噴射量を最低噴射量に制御する尿素水噴射制御部127と、を備えた。

を満足するように高負荷時用の最低噴射量を設定する高負荷時最低噴射量設定部と、を備えてもよい。

y0:不具合が発生しない尿素水温度
a〜e:係数
を満足するように高負荷時用の最低噴射量を設定するようにされる。式(1)における係数a〜e、および不具合が発生しない尿素水温度y0は、実験等により適宜決定される。不具合が発生しない尿素水温度y0は、例えば尿素水の沸点温度以下の値に設定すればよい。
x4=(y0−ax1−bx2−cx3−e)/d ・・・(2)
により求めるようにしたが、高負荷時用の最低噴射量は、(y0−ax1−bx2−cx3−e)/d以上であればよく、最低噴射量が大きくなりすぎてアンモニアスリップが発生しないよう、適宜設定すればよい。なお、アンモニアスリップとは、尿素水から生成されたアンモニアをSCR触媒で吸蔵しきれずに、SCR装置103の下流側にアンモニアが流出してしまう現象のことである。

Claims (4)
- エンジンの排気管に設けられたSCR(選択還元触媒)装置と、
前記SCR装置の上流側で尿素水を噴射するドージングバルブと、
前記エンジンから排出されるNOx量に応じて尿素水の噴射量を制御する尿素水噴射制御部と、を備えたSCRシステムにおいて、
前記ドージングバルブの温度が所定温度以上であるとき、前記ドージングバルブの温度に応じた最低噴射量を設定する最低噴射量設定部をさらに備え、
前記尿素水噴射制御部は、前記エンジンから排出されるNOx量に応じた尿素水の噴射量が、前記最低噴射量設定部が設定した最低噴射量よりも小さいとき、尿素水の噴射量を最低噴射量に制御するように構成されることを特徴とするSCRシステム。 - 前記最低噴射量設定部は、
前記エンジンの運転状態が、高負荷運転状態であるか低負荷運転状態であるかを判定する負荷状態判定部と、
前記負荷状態判定部が高負荷運転状態であると判定したとき、下式(1)

但し、x1:排気ガス流量
x2:排気ガス温度
x3:冷却水温度
y0:不具合が発生しない尿素水温度
a〜e:係数
を満足するように高負荷時用の最低噴射量を設定する高負荷時最低噴射量設定部と、を備える請求項1記載のSCRシステム。 - 前記負荷状態判定部は、燃料噴射量が、排気ガス温度から算出された燃料噴射量閾値以上であるとき、高負荷運転状態であると判定し、燃料噴射量が前記燃料噴射量閾値未満であるとき、低負荷運転状態であると判定するようにされる請求項2記載のSCRシステム。
- 所定の最低噴射量設定条件が成立しているときのみ、前記最低噴射量設定部による最低噴射量の設定を許容する最低噴射量設定条件判定部をさらに備え、
前記最低噴射量設定部は、最低噴射量の設定が許容されていない場合、最低噴射量を0(ゼロ)に設定するようにされる請求項1〜3いずれかに記載のSCRシステム。
