Abstract
【解決手段】変速機を備える船外機の制御装置において、変速機で2速が選択されているとき、内燃機関に対して操船者によって加速が指示されたか否か判定し(S32)、船外機が搭載される船舶の理論速度Vaと実速度Vに基づいてプロペラのスリップ率εを検出し(S38)、加速が指示されたと判定されるとき、検出されたスリップ率εの上昇を抑制するように内燃機関のスロットル開度THを制御すると共に(S42)、検出されたスリップ率εが第1の所定値ε1以下で、かつスリップ率の変化量Dεが規定値Dε1以下になったとき、2速から1速に変速するように変速機の動作を制御する(S44,S46)。

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関からの動力をプロペラに伝達する動力伝達軸に介挿されると共に、少なくとも1速、2速からなる変速段を有し、前記内燃機関の出力を前記変速段のうちの選択された変速段で変速して前記プロペラに伝達する変速機を備える船外機の制御装置において、
a.前記2速が選択されているとき、前記内燃機関に対して操船者によって加速が指示されたか否か判定する加速指示判定手段と、
b.前記船外機が搭載される船舶の理論速度と実速度に基づいて前記プロペラのスリップ率を検出するスリップ率検出手段と、
c.前記加速が指示されたと判定されるとき、前記検出されたスリップ率の上昇を抑制するように前記内燃機関のスロットル開度を制御するスロットル開度制御手段と、
d.前記スロットル開度制御手段によって前記内燃機関のスロットル開度が制御されると共に、前記検出されたスリップ率が第1の所定値以下で、かつ前記スリップ率の変化量が規定値以下になったとき、前記2速から前記1速に変速するように前記変速機の動作を制御する変速制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする船外機の制御装置。 - e.前記加速が指示されたと判定されると共に、前記検出されたスリップ率が前記第1の所定値より高く設定された第2の所定値以上になったとき、前記内燃機関の出力を低下させる内燃機関出力低下手段、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の船外機の制御装置。 - 前記内燃機関出力低下手段は、前記内燃機関の点火時期と燃料噴射量の少なくともいずれかを介して前記内燃機関の出力を低下させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の船外機の制御装置。
- f.操船者に操作されるとき、前記内燃機関のスロットルバルブを開閉させるスロットルレバーと、
g.前記スロットルレバーの操作位置の前記スロットルバルブを開弁させる方向への変化量を検出するスロットルレバー位置変化量検出手段と、
を備えると共に、前記加速指示判定手段は、前記検出されたスロットルレバーの操作位置の変化量が既定値以上のとき、操船者によって前記加速が指示されたと判定することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の船外機の制御装置。
