Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態による2次電池は、電極組立体、前記電極組立体を収容し、一端部に形成された開口、前記開口に対向する底面、第1平面および第2平面を有するカン、および前記カンの前記開口を密封するキャッププレートを含む。前記第1平面および前記第2平面にはそれぞれ縦圧縮により前記カンを破断させる第1破断部が形成され、前記底面から前記開口に向かって延長する方向に第1軸が定義され、前記第1破断部は前記第1軸と垂直な方向の第2軸に沿って延長する。

Claims (21)
- 電極組立体と、
一端部に形成された開口、前記開口に対向する底面、第1平面および第2平面を有し、前記電極組立体を収容するカンと、
前記カンの前記開口を密封するキャッププレートと
を含み、
前記第1平面および前記第2平面にはそれぞれ縦圧縮により前記カンを破断させる第1破断部が形成され、
前記底面から前記開口に向かって延長する方向に第1軸が定義され、前記第1破断部は前記第1軸と垂直な方向の第2軸に沿って延長する、2次電池。 - 前記第1破断部は、ノッチで形成される、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部は、前記カンの前記開口に隣接して形成される、請求項1または2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部は、前記カンの前記底面に距離を置いて隣接して形成される、請求項1または2に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部と前記カンの前記底面との間の距離は、前記カンの長さの10%以下である、請求項4に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部の長さは、前記第1平面の幅の80%以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1平面上の前記第1破断部と前記第2平面上の前記第1破断部とは対応して形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部の幅は、0.1mm〜0.5mmである、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部における前記カンの厚さは、0.1mm〜0.15mmである、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部の長さは、前記第1平面の幅の30%以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1平面および前記第2平面上に形成される第2破断部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部は、前記カンの前記底面に隣接して形成され、前記第2破断部は前記カンの前記開口に隣接して形成される、請求項11に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1破断部と前記カンの前記底面との間の距離は、前記カンの長さの10%以下であり、前記第2破断部と前記カンの前記開口との間の距離は、前記カンの長さの25%以下である、請求項12に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1平面上に形成される第1折り畳み部をさらに含む、請求項12または13に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1折り畳み部は、前記第1軸に沿って延長する、請求項14に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1折り畳み部の長さは、前記第1破断部と前記第2破断部との間の距離の80%以上である、請求項14または15に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1折り畳み部は、前記第1破断部および前記第2破断部のうちの少なくとも一つと離隔して形成される、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1折り畳み部は、平行に延長する複数のノッチを含む、請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第1折り畳み部は、前記第1破断部および前記第2破断部と接する、請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2平面上に形成される第2折り畳み部をさらに含む、請求項14〜19のいずれか1項に記載の2次電池。
- 前記第2折り畳み部は、前記第1折り畳み部に対応して形成される、請求項20に記載の2次電池。
