Abstract
【解決手段】電極組立体と、当該電極組立体が収容されるように上部に開口が形成され、長側壁と、短側壁と、下面板を含んで構成され、前記長側壁および短側壁、または前記下面板にノッチ部が形成される缶と、当該缶の開口を密封するキャップ組立体と、を含むリチウム二次電池が提供される。

Claims (16)
- 電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が収容されるように上部に開口が形成され、下部にノッチ部が形成される缶と、
前記缶の開口を密封するキャップ組立体と、
を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池。 - 前記缶は、長側壁、短側壁及び下面からなり、前記ノッチ部は前記長側壁及び前記短側壁に前記下面と平行した帯状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ノッチ部は、前記長側壁及び前記短側壁の厚さと比較して厚さの薄い複数の破断溝からなる破断溝群によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記破断溝の間の間隔は、前記破断溝の幅より狭く離隔して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記破断溝の深さは、前記長側壁及び前記短側壁の厚さの55%〜75%の割合に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記破断溝の破断強度は、前記缶と前記キャップ組立体の溶接強度よりさらに小さいことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ノッチ部は、下面と平行な方向に複数個に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ノッチ部は、直線形態で連続的に繋がって1つの溝形状に構成される破断溝に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ノッチ部は、前記下面と平行な方向で上、下に折曲した形態で連続的に繋がって1つの溝形状に構成される破断溝に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記缶は、長側壁、短側壁及び下面からなり、前記ノッチ部は前記下面に直線形態に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ノッチ部は、前記下面の厚さと比較して厚さの薄い複数の破断溝からなる破断溝群に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記破断溝の間の間隔は、前記破断溝の幅より狭く離隔して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記破断溝の深さは、前記下面の厚さの55%〜75%の割合に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ノッチ部は、直線形態で連続的に繋がって1つの溝形状に構成される破断溝に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ノッチ部は、前記下面と平行な方向で上、下に折曲した形態で連続的に繋がって1つの溝形状に構成される破断溝に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記缶は、円筒型であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
