Claims (7)
- 箔転写装置であって、
塗布部(101)を通ってガイドされる被印刷物(21)の少なくとも一部に接着剤を塗布するための塗布部(101)を備え、
転写層と支持箔とが転写箔(2)を形成し、支持箔から転写層を少なくとも部分的に被印刷物(21)に転写するための転写ギャップ(3)を備えた、塗布部(101)の下流側に配置された転写部(1)を備え、
転写ギャップ(3)は、転写胴(5)と圧胴(4)とによって形成され、
転写箔(2)は、少なくとも部分的に転写胴(5)の周りにガイドされ、転写胴(5)は、溝(20)を備えているものにおいて、
転写胴(5)における転写箔裏面の付着力を少なくとも低減する被覆体(206)が、溝(20)の位置する部分(113,114,205)に設けられていることを特徴とする、箔転写装置。 - 溝(20)の少なくとも1つの縁(113,114)および/または溝(20)を転写胴の軸線に対して軸方向にカバーするための溝カバー(200)の表面(205)に設けられた被覆体(206)が、概ね転写箔(2)の幅にわたって設けられている、請求項1記載の箔転写装置。
- ストリップ(206)の構成をした被覆体が、縁(113,114)および/または溝カバー(200)に設けられている、請求項2記載の箔転写装置。
- ストリップ(206)は、クレープ紙もしくは非粘着紙であるか、または、シリコーンもしくはPTFEから成る表面を有している、請求項3記載の箔転写装置。
- 被覆体またはストリップ(206)の幅は、大体において、塗布部(101)または転写部(1)において被覆される被印刷物(21)の部分(108)と接触しない、溝(20)の縁(113,114)の部分域(207)に制限されている、請求項2または3記載の箔転写装置。
- 転写胴(5)は、ブランケット(201)もしくはゴムブランケットとして構成された外張り備えており、被覆体またはストリップ(206)は、溝縁(113,114)の前記部分域(207)で、ブランケット(201)もしくはゴムブランケットの表面に取り付けられる、請求項5記載の箔転写装置。
- ストリップ(206)は、接着ストリップとして形成されている、請求項3記載の箔転写装置。
