Abstract
【解決手段】機器は、キャリッジ1とベルト2とCRモータ4とホール素子6とエンコーダ8とMPU9Aとを含む。リニアエンコーダ8は、キャリッジ1の位置を検出する。ベルト2は、キャリッジ1と結合されている。CRモータ4は、ベルト2を駆動してキャリッジ1を走査させる。ホール素子6は、CRモータ4内のロータ磁極が位置する存在領域を検出する。MPU9Aは、ホール素子6の検出結果とリニアエンコーダ8の検出結果とに従ってCRモータ4内の各コイルへの通電を制御する。

Claims (7)
- キャリッジと、前記キャリッジの位置を検出するキャリッジ位置検出手段と、前記キャリッジと結合されたベルトと、前記ベルトを駆動して前記キャリッジを走査させるDCブラシレスモータと、前記DCブラシレスモータ内のロータ磁極が位置する存在領域を検出するロータ磁極位置検出手段と、前記ロータ磁極位置検出手段の検出結果と前記キャリッジ位置検出手段の検出結果とに従って前記DCブラシレスモータ内の各コイルへの通電を制御する制御手段と、を含む機器。
- 前記制御手段は、前記ロータ磁極が位置される領域と前記キャリッジの位置と前記各コイルへの通電のパターンとが互いに対応づけて示された通電テーブルを有し、前記通電テーブルを参照して、前記存在領域と前記キャリッジ位置検出手段にて検出されたキャリッジの位置とに対応づけられた通電のパターンに従って前記各コイルへの通電を制御する、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記キャリッジ位置検出手段は、前記キャリッジの走査方向に沿って配置され所定間隔で複数の指標が設けられたスケールと、前記キャリッジに取り付けられ前記キャリッジの移動に伴って前記指標を検出するごとに検出パルスを出力するセンサと、を含み、
前記通電テーブルは、前記キャリッジの位置を前記検出パルスの数で示し、
前記制御手段は、前記検出パルスをカウントするパルスカウント手段を有し、前記存在領域と前記パルスカウント手段のカウント値とに対応づけられた通電のパターンに従って前記各コイルへの通電を制御する、請求項2に記載の機器 - 前記制御手段は、前記ロータ磁極位置検出手段の検出結果が変化すると、前記パルスカウント手段のカウント値をリセットし、また、前記パルスカウント手段のカウント値が、前記通電テーブル内で前記存在領域と対応づけられた前記キャリッジの位置を示す数の最大値を超えた場合には、前記存在領域と前記最大値とに対応づけられた通電のパターンに従って前記各コイルへの通電を制御する、請求項3記載の機器。
- 前記制御手段は、複数種類の前記通電テーブルを有し、前記キャリッジの加速駆動時と定速駆動時とで、前記各コイルへの通電を制御するために参照する通電テーブルを切り換える、請求項2から4のいずれか1項記載の機器。
- 前記制御手段は、前記パルスカウント手段のカウント値から前記キャリッジの速度を検出し、前記キャリッジの速度に応じて、前記通電テーブル内での、前記各コイルへの通電のパターンと、前記領域および前記検出パルスの数と、の対応関係を変更する、請求項3または4記載の機器。
- 前記通電テーブルに示された各コイルへの通電のパターンは、電流を流すべきコイルに対して、非通電期間を設けるように設定されたものである、請求項2から4のいずれか1項記載の機器。
