Abstract
【解決手段】転動体11を回転自在に保持した連結ユニット板12を複数個連結してなるスラストローラの転動体保持器10であって、連結ユニット板12は一端側に係合孔29を有し、他端側に係合孔29に係合連結可能な係合フック28を設けてなり、一つの連結ユニット12の係合フック28を他の連結ユニット板12の係合孔29に係合取り付けして連結ユニット板12,12同士を揺動自在に連結してなる構造とした。

なお、連結ユニット板12,12…の位置決めは、該転動体保持器の内外周面14を拘束する溝15でも位置決めすることは可能である。

Claims (4)
- 転動体を回転自在に保持した連結ユニット板を複数個連結してなるスラストローラの転動体保持器であって、
前記連結ユニット板は一端側に係合孔を有し、他端側に前記係合孔に係合連結可能な係合フックを設けてなり、
一つの連結ユニット板の前記係合フックを他の連結ユニット板の前記係合孔に係合取り付けして前記連結ユニット板同士を揺動自在に連結してなることを特徴とするスラストローラの転動体保持器。 - 上記係合フックが断面L字形に形成された鍵状部であり、先端部分が前記係合孔を貫通して前記他端側の裏面に係合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスラストローラの転動体保持器。
- 上記係合孔が、転動体保持器が延びる方向と略直角に交差している方向に延びる長孔であり、上記係合フックは前記長孔内に遊動自在に配置されて係合取り付けされることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のスラストローラの転動体保持器。
- 上記連結ユニット板は、一枚の鋼板をプレス成形して、上記転動体を回転可能に収納保持する収納スペース部と、該収納スペース部の上面側中央部に設けられ、前記転動体の外径よりも小さな幅を有して形成された左右1対の上側脱落規制溝部と、該収納スペース部の下面側前後両端部に、前記転動体の外径よりも小さな幅を有して形成された前後1対の下側脱落規制溝部と、前記転動体の左右両側部に各々対応して前記収納スペース部の上面部から下面部に連なって形成された前後1対の左右方向脱落規制部と、前記収納スペース部の前記下面側から前記上面側に向かって起立形成された前後1対の前後方向脱落規制部と、を一体に有してなり、前記上側脱落規制溝部を強制拡張させて前記収納スペース部内に前記転動体を収納してなることを特徴とする請求項1,2または3記載のスラストローラの転動体保持器。
