Abstract
【解決手段】冷間圧造用のステンレス鋼線10であって、ステンレス鋼線の表面に燐酸塩皮膜12が形成されており、燐酸塩皮膜量は、4.0g/m2ないし14.0g/m2である冷間圧造用のステンレス鋼線である。これにより、ステンレス鋼線の表面に燐酸塩皮膜を形成させることによって冷間加工性を著しく向上させ、締結力を向上させ、かつ外観を改善して圧造後の後処理が不要である。

Claims (9)
- 冷間圧造用のステンレス鋼線であって、
前記ステンレス鋼線の表面に燐酸塩皮膜が形成されている冷間圧造用のステンレス鋼線。 - 前記ステンレス鋼線の表面に形成された燐酸塩皮膜量は、4.0g/m2ないし14.0g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷間圧造用のステンレス鋼線。
- 前記燐酸塩皮膜上には、ボンデルーベ皮膜がさらに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷間圧造用のステンレス鋼線。
- 前記ボンデルーベ皮膜は、燐酸塩皮膜上に形成されたステアリン酸亜鉛層と、前記ステアリン酸亜鉛層上に形成されたステアリン酸ソーダ層とを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷間圧造用のステンレス鋼線。
- 前記ステンレス鋼線の表面に形成された燐酸塩皮膜及びボンデルーベ皮膜の総量は、4.0g/m2ないし14.0g/m2であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷間圧造用のステンレス鋼線。
- 外周面にネジが形成されており、一端にバリが形成されているネジ部と、前記バリの形成された側の反対側にある前記ネジ部の他端に形成されたヘッド部とを備える直結ネジであって、
前記ネジ部は、ステンレス鋼線と、前記ステンレス鋼線の表面に形成された燐酸塩皮膜とを備えることを特徴とする直結ネジ。 - 前記燐酸塩皮膜上には、ボンデルーベ皮膜がさらに形成されている請求項6に記載の直結ネジ。
- 前記ヘッド部は、ステンレス鋼線と、前記ステンレス鋼線の表面に形成された燐酸塩皮膜とを備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の直結ネジ。
- 前記燐酸塩皮膜上には、ボンデルーベ皮膜がさらに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の直結ネジ。
