Abstract
【解決手段】既存のレーザ焼結装置において、下部構成空間を縮小可能なように、付加的な又は新たな複数の側壁を設ける。該側壁に適合されたアタッチメントが、既存或いは新たなプラットホームに付与される。該側壁による様々な領域がそれぞれ異なる強さで、又は同じ強さで加熱或いは冷却可能である。さらに、該側壁は、摺動及び固定機構によって可変に調節可能である。下部構成空間は、良好な断熱特性を有する構成フィールドプレートによってカバーされる。

Claims (7)
- 既存のレーザ焼結装置に、付加的な又は新たな複数の側壁が下部構成空間に設けられていることを特徴とする、レーザ焼結装置の下部構成空間を縮小するための装置。
- レーザ焼結装置の既存のプラットホームに、前記付加的な又は新たな側壁に適合されたアタッチメントが付与されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- レーザ焼結装置の既存のプラットホームが、前記付加的な又は新たな側壁に適合されている新たなプラットホームによって代替されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記付加的な又は新たな側壁に複数の加熱エレメントが設けられており、これらの付加的な又は新たな側壁の様々な領域がそれぞれ異なる強さで、又は同じ強さで加熱可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記付加的な又は新たな側壁に複数の冷却エレメントが設けられており、これらの付加的な又は新たな側壁の様々な領域がそれぞれ異なる強さで、又は同じ強さで冷却可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 摺動及び固定機構によって前記付加的な又は新たな側壁が可変に調節可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 縮小される構成空間外に位置する下部構成空間が、良好な断熱特性を有する構成フィールドプレートによってカバーされる、請求項1記載の装置。
