Abstract
【解決手段】 ノズルの一端部の送水管連結部(2)から下流側に空気取入れ口(3)が形成され、ノズルの他端部には水と空気の混流をジェット流として噴出する混流噴出口(4)が形成された混流ノズルにおいて、空気取入れ口の下流側においてノズル管壁に固定され混流噴出口(4)近傍に延長し、混流と衝突して該混流から受ける力によって旋回するようにノズル内を連続的に移動することによってノズル内壁に接触するねじれチェーン(11)からなるノズル内壁洗浄手段を設ける。

Description
図1は本発明に係る混流ノズルの好ましい1実施形態を示す部分断面図である。本発明の混流ノズルは、地下水の濾過を目的とする水処理装置に限らず、広範囲の水処理装置に適用することが可能なものであるが、本実施形態においては、地下水から鉄、マンガン等を濾過するための上記特許文献1等の水処理装置に適用された場合について説明する。
混流ノズル1の使用状態において、送水管連結部2から供給される原水と空気取入れ口3から導入された空気とが空気取入れ口3からピン12の固定部付近に至る管路部分において混合され、この混流が溶存酸素を多量に含むジェット流として管路6を流下すると、ねじれチェーン11を構成する各ねじれリング11aに混流が衝突し、混流の力によって各ねじれリング11aを横方向または斜め方向に動かす。その結果ねじれチェーン11は全体として1方向(時計方向か反時計方向のいずれか)に旋回するようにして運動する。管路6として外部から管路内の動きが目視できるように透明な塩ビ管を使用して実験を行った結果、驚くべきことに、この運動は、単にチェーン先端部(下端部)の旋回にとどまらず、ピン12の近傍部以外のねじれチェーン11のほぼ全長にわたって旋回する運動であることがわかった。したがって、酸化物の堆積固化が生じやすい管路のほぼ全長にわたってねじれチェーン11が管壁を摩擦するようにして管壁に接触し、酸化物の管壁への付着を防止する。その結果ジェット混流が流れている限り酸化物の管壁上の堆積固化が防止されることになる。

Claims (6)
- ノズルの一端部に送水管に連結される送水管連結部が形成され、該送水管連結部から下流側に空気取入れ口が形成され、ノズルの他端部には水と空気の混流をジェット流として噴出する混流噴出口が形成された混流ノズルにおいて、該空気取入れ口の下流側においてノズル管壁に固定され該混流噴出口近傍に延長し、前記混流と衝突し、該混流から受ける力によって旋回するようにノズル内を連続的に移動することによってノズル内壁に接触する部材からなるノズル内壁洗浄手段を備えることを特徴とする混流ノズル。
- 該ノズル内壁洗浄手段はねじれチェーンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の混流ノズル。
- 該ねじれチェーンはその上端部に通されたピンによって該ノズル管壁の半径方向両側に固定されており、ノズルの半径方向中央部から垂下することを特徴とする請求項2記載の混流ノズル。
- 該ピンはノズルの長手方向に上下1組が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の混流ノズル。
- 該ノズル内壁洗浄手段はスウィベルに取り付けられた複数のワイヤであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の混流ノズル。
- 該ノズルの内壁の径は下流側が上流側よりも大径であり、上流側の小径部から下流側の大径部への移行部分はその内径が漸次増加するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の混流ノズル。
