Abstract
【解決手段】開示される温度センサは、被加熱調理体と感温素子との間の電気絶縁材として熱伝導性のよいセラミックを使用し、セラミック部分に設けられた円筒部内にサーミスタ1を収容するとともに、電気絶縁材部に肉厚の薄い金属キャップ4を被せた構成を有している。

Description
そこで、調理器に関する安全規格(例えばIEC;International Electrotechnical Commission 規格等)に準拠させるため、鍋と感温素子(サーミスタ及び温度ヒューズ)間に、規定の絶縁距離を設けることが行われているが、所定の絶縁距離を設けた場合は、絶縁距離を設けない(絶縁距離の規格に準拠しない)場合と比較して、熱応答性が低下することが避けられない。

Claims (3)
- 被加熱調理体と感温素子との間の電気絶縁材として熱伝導性のよい材料であるセラミックを使用したことを特徴とする温度センサ。
- 前記セラミック部に設けられた円筒部にサーミスタを収容したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の温度センサ。
- 前記セラミック材からなる電気絶縁材の上部に肉厚の薄い金属キャップを被せたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の温度センサ。
