Abstract
【構成】第1主弁部10Aを全開状態にして前記第2主弁部10Bを全閉状態にする第1流通状態と、第1主弁部10Aを全閉状態にして第2主弁部10Bを全開状態にする第2流通状態と、をとり得るようにされた切換弁本体2と、第1主弁部10A及び第2主弁部10Bの背圧室17A、17Bの圧力をそれぞれ調整するための流量調整弁3と、を備え、流量調整弁3は、切換弁本体2に、第1主弁部10Aの背圧室17Aの圧力を徐々に低下させることにより前記第1流通状態をとらせ、第2主弁部10Bの背圧室17Bの圧力を徐々に低下させることにより前記第2流通状態をとらせるようにされてなる。

Claims (7)
- それぞれ二方弁の形態をとる第1主弁部と第2主弁部とを有し、前記第1主弁部を全開状態にして前記第2主弁部を全閉状態にする第1流通状態と、前記第1主弁部を全閉状態にして前記第2主弁部を全開状態にする第2流通状態と、をとり得るようにされた切換弁本体と、
前記第1主弁部及び第2主弁部に対してパイロット弁として働く圧力調整手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする流路切換弁。 - それぞれ導入口、導出口、弁室、及び背圧室が形成された第1主弁部と第2主弁部とを有し、前記第1主弁部を全開状態にして前記第2主弁部を全閉状態にする第1流通状態と、前記第1主弁部を全閉状態にして前記第2主弁部を全開状態にする第2流通状態と、をとり得るようにされた切換弁本体と、
前記第1主弁部及び第2主弁部の背圧室の圧力をそれぞれ調整するための背圧調整手段と、を備え、
前記背圧調整手段は、前記切換弁本体に、前記第1主弁部の背圧室の圧力を低下させることにより前記第1流通状態をとらせ、前記第2主弁部の背圧室の圧力を低下させることにより前記第2流通状態をとらせるようにされていることを特徴とする流路切換弁。 - 前記第1主弁部及び第2主弁部は、それぞれ、有底筒状の主弁ケースを有し、該主弁ケースに、主弁口を持つ主弁座が設けられるとともに、前記主弁口を開閉するための主弁体が摺動自在に嵌挿され、前記主弁座と前記主弁体との間に主弁室が形成されるとともに、該主弁室に開口する導入口が形成され、前記主弁口より下流側に導出口が形成され、前記主弁ケースにおける底部と前記主弁体との間に背圧室が形成されるとともに、前記主弁体に前記主弁室と前記背圧室とを連通する均圧孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記第1主弁部及び第2主弁部の背圧室に、それぞれ前記主弁体を常時閉弁方向に付勢する閉弁ばねが配在されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の流路切換弁。
- 前記背圧調整手段は、前記第1主弁部及び第2主弁部の背圧室から導出口へ逃がす流体量をそれぞれ調整可能な単一もしくは2台の流量調整弁を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいずれかに記載の流路切換弁。
- 圧縮機、凝縮器、蒸発器、及び膨張弁を備え、前記圧縮機の吐出側と前記凝縮器との間に請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の第1の流路切換弁が配在され、前記蒸発器と前記圧縮機の吸入側との間に請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の第2の流路切換弁が配在されていることを特徴とするヒートポンプ装置。
- 前記第1の流路切換弁における第1主弁部の導入口及び第2の主弁部の導入口は、それぞれ前記圧縮機の吐出側に接続され、前記第1主弁部の導出口及び第2の主弁部の導出口のうちの一方は前記凝縮器に接続され、他方は前記蒸発器に接続されており、
前記第2の流路切換弁における第1主弁部の導入口及び第2主弁部の導入口のうちの一方は前記凝縮器に接続され、他方は前記蒸発器に接続され、前記第1主弁部の導出口及び第2主弁部の導出口は、それぞれ前記圧縮機の吸入側に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のヒートポンプ装置。
