Abstract
【解決手段】 モジュレータバルブ15はCRバルブ14が出力するCR圧をモジュレータ圧に減圧して出力し、ソレノイドバルブ16はソレノイドが発生する電磁力で出力油路を開閉することで制御信号圧を制御対象17に出力する。ソレノイドバルブ16を励磁したときに、モジュレータバルブ15が正常にモジュレータ圧を出力していれば出力油路が閉鎖され、かつモジュレータバルブ15がオープン故障してモジュレータ圧よりも高い油圧を出力していれば出力油路が開放されるように、電流設定手段がソレノイドバルブ16に供給する電流を設定するので、モジュレータバルブ15がオープン故障してCR圧を出力する場合に、ソレノイドバルブ16は出力油路を開放したままの状態になる。よって作動状態検出手段で検出した制御対象17の作動状態が正常状態と異なるときに、故障判定手段はモジュレータバルブ15のオープン故障を判定することができる。

Claims (3)
- オイルポンプ(11)と、前記オイルポンプ(11)が発生した油圧をモジュレータ圧に減圧するモジュレータバルブ(15)と、前記モジュレータバルブ(15)が出力するモジュレータ圧から制御信号圧を生成するソレノイドバルブ(16,18)とを備え、前記ソレノイドバルブ(16,18)はソレノイド(31)が発生する電磁力で出力油路を開放/閉鎖する変速機の油圧回路において、
前記ソレノイドバルブ(16,18)が出力する制御信号圧で制御される制御対象の作動状態を検出する作動状態検出手段(M1)と、
前記ソレノイドバルブ(16,18)に通電したときに、前記モジュレータバルブ(15)が正常であれば前記出力油路が閉鎖され、かつ前記モジュレータバルブ(15)がオープン故障していれば前記出力油路が開放されるように、該ソレノイド(31)に供給する電流を設定する電流設定手段(M2)と、
前記電流設定手段(M2)で前記ソレノイド(31)に供給する電流を設定した状態で、前記作動状態検出手段(M1)で検出した前記制御対象の作動状態が正常状態と異なった場合に、前記モジュレータバルブ(15)の故障を判定する故障判定手段(M3)と、を備えることを特徴とする、変速機の油圧回路における故障検知装置。 - 前記制御対象は、エンジンおよび変速機間に設けられたトルクコンバータのロックアップクラッチの係合状態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機の油圧回路における故障検知装置。
- 前記制御対象は、前記オイルポンプ(11)の吐出容量であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の変速機の油圧回路における故障検知装置。
