Abstract
【解決手段】 下記成分(i)又は(ii)の存在下、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸又はその誘導体の脱カルボニル反応を行う、オレフィンの製造法。
(i)一酸化炭素配位子を有する鉄触媒とヨウ化物の混合物
(ii)鉄元素ならびにヨウ素元素を含み、かつ一酸化炭素配位子を有する化合物

Description
本発明の態様1に用いられるβ水素原子を有するカルボン酸又はその誘導体は、カルボニル基のβ位に少なくとも1つの水素原子を有するものであれば特に限定されず、飽和体でも不飽和体でも、一部環状になったものでも、ヘテロ原子を含むものでも、カルボニル基を複数有するものでもよいが、飽和1価カルボン酸又はその誘導体が好ましい。β水素原子を有するカルボン酸誘導体としては、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸無水物、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸ハロゲン化物、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸エステル、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸アミドが挙げられ、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸無水物、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸ハロゲン化物が好ましく、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸無水物がより好ましい。
(ここで、Rは炭素数1〜22の炭化水素基を示し、Yは−Z−(CH2)m−で示される基を示し、Zはエーテル基、アミノ基、アミド基又はエステル基、より具体的には−O−、−NH−、−CONH−、−NHCO−、−COO−又は−OCO−、mは1〜6の数を示し、nは0又は1を示し、複数個のR、Y及びnはそれぞれ同一でも異なっていても良い。また、[R−(Y)n]同士の間で環状構造を形成していてもよい。)
本発明の態様2において、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸又はその誘導体は、態様1について記載したものを用いることができる。本発明の態様2においては、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸又はその誘導体としては、カルボン酸又はカルボン酸残基の炭素数(カルボン酸無水物の場合は少なくとも1つのカルボン酸残基の炭素数)は3〜22が好ましく、3〜18がより好ましい。
セプタム付きねじ口試験管に撹拌子と、ステアリン酸 142.2mg(0.5mmol)、CpFe(CO)2I 3.0mg(0.01mmol)、トリフェニルホスフィン(PPh3) 5.2mg(0.02mmol)、ヨウ化カリウム 83.0mg(0.5mmol)を加え、窒素雰囲気下、103kPa(絶対圧)、250℃で攪拌を行った。3時間後、加熱をやめ、室温(25℃)になるまで放置した。低沸分を減圧留去したのち、内部標準としてアニソールを加え、1H−NMR測定より、原料、生成物を定量した(原料及び生成物の定量は、ステアリン酸のα位のプロトン、末端オレフィンのビニルプロトン、内部オレフィンのビニルプロトン、内部標準であるアニソールのメチル基との積分比を比較することにより行った)。
CpFe(CO)2IをFeCl2に変えた以外は実施例1−1と同様に行った。
CpFe(CO)2IをFeCl3に変えた以外は実施例1−1と同様に行った。
セプタム付きねじ口試験管に撹拌子と、ステアリン酸 142.2mg(0.5mmol)、Fe2(CO)9 1.8mg(0.01mmol)、トリフェニルホスフィン 5.2mg(0.02mmol)、ヨウ化カリウム 83.0mg(0.5mmol)、無水酢酸 51.0mg(0.5mmol)を加え、窒素雰囲気下、103kPa(絶対圧)、250℃で攪拌を行った。3時間後、加熱をやめ、室温(25℃)になるまで放置した。低沸分を減圧留去したのち、実施例1−1と同様に1H−NMR測定より、原料、生成物を定量した。
Fe2(CO)9をFe3(CO)12に変えた以外は実施例1−2と同様に行った。
Fe2(CO)9をCpFe(CO)2Iに変えた以外は実施例1−2と同様に行った。
Fe2(CO)9をFeCl2に変えた以外は実施例1−2と同様に行った。
セプタム付きねじ口試験管に撹拌子と、ステアリン酸 142.2mg(0.5mmol)、Fe2(CO)9 1.8mg(0.01mmol)、トリフェニルホスフィン 5.2mg(0.02mmol)、(n−Butyl)4N+I− 184.7mg(0.5mmol)、無水酢酸 51.0mg(0.5mmol)を加え、窒素雰囲気下、103kPa(絶対圧)、250℃で攪拌を行った。3時間後、加熱をやめ、室温(25℃)になるまで放置した。低沸分を減圧留去したのち、実施例1−1と同様に1H−NMR測定より、原料、生成物を定量した。
Fe2(CO)9をFe3(CO)12に変えた以外は実施例1−5と同様に行った。
Fe2(CO)9をFeCl2に変えた以外は実施例1−5と同様に行った。
セプタム付きねじ口試験管に撹拌子と、ステアリン酸 142.2mg(0.5mmol)、CpFe(CO)2I 3.0mg(0.01mmol)、トリフェニルホスフィン 5.2mg(0.02mmol)を加え、窒素雰囲気下、103kPa(絶対圧)、250℃で攪拌を行った。3時間後、加熱をやめ、室温(25℃)になるまで放置した。低沸分を減圧留去したのち、実施例1−1と同様に1H−NMR測定より、原料、生成物を定量した。

Claims (7)
- 一酸化炭素配位子を有する鉄触媒とヨウ化物の存在下、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸又はその誘導体の脱カルボニル反応を行う、オレフィンの製造法。
- β水素原子を有するカルボン酸又はその誘導体が、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸又はβ水素原子を有するカルボン酸無水物である、請求項1記載のオレフィンの製造法。
- ヨウ化物が、第1族元素〜第14族元素から選ばれる元素のヨウ化物、又は下記一般式(1)で示される4級アンモニウム化合物である請求項1又は2記載のオレフィンの製造法。

(ここで、Rは炭素数1〜22の炭化水素基を示し、Yは−Z−(CH2)m−で示される基を示し、Zはエーテル基、アミノ基、アミド基又はエステル基、mは1〜6の数を示し、nは0又は1を示し、複数個のR、Y及びnはそれぞれ同一でも異なっていても良い。また、[R−(Y)n]同士の間で環状構造を形成していてもよい。) - 40kPa(絶対圧)以上の圧力にて脱カルボニル反応を行う、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のオレフィンの製造法。
- 鉄元素ならびにヨウ素元素を含み、かつ一酸化炭素配位子を有する化合物を触媒として用いる、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸又はその誘導体からのオレフィンの製造法。
- β水素原子を有するカルボン酸又はその誘導体が、β水素原子を有するカルボン酸又はβ水素原子を有するカルボン酸無水物である請求項5記載のオレフィンの製造法。
- 40kPa(絶対圧)以上の圧力にて反応を行う、請求項5又は6記載のオレフィンの製造法。
