Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は心電図、筋電図、脳波及び神経系信号を測定するために人体に貼り付ける各種のモニターリングパッドなどと脱着し易いスナップ電極を用いてこれを医療装備と電気的に連結するが、溶接によりスナップ電極とワイヤーを連結することなく圧着方法によりワイヤーをスナップ電極に連結する医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造に関する。本発明の実施の形態による医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造は、上部には締付具が嵌合される溝が外周面に凹設された突部が形成され、下部にはパッドの締付突起が嵌合される胴体と、リング状を呈し、内周面に所定数の弾性固定片が突設され、一方の側にワイヤーを締め付けるように突出されて一対の第1圧着片が配備された締付具と、を備えてなる。

Claims (5)
- 医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造において、
上部には締付具(110)が嵌合される溝(103)が外周面に凹設された突部(102)が形成された胴体(101)と、
中央に突起ハウジング(132)が突設され、前記突起ハウジング(132)の両側にバネ溝(133)が切欠き形成され、前記バネ溝(133)に圧着バネ(134)が嵌合されるベース(131)と、
リング状を呈し、内周面に所定数の弾性固定片(111)が突設され、一方の側にワイヤ(114)を締め付けるように突出されて一対の第1圧着片(112)が配備された締付具(110)と、
を備えてなることを特徴とする医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造。 - 前記固定片(111)は、上部に所定の角度だけ折れたり、所定の曲率をもって曲がるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造。
- 前記締付具(110)の一方の側にはワイヤー(114)の被覆部を圧着して固定する第2圧着片(113)がさらに設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造。
- 前記胴体(101)及びワイヤー連結部(116)が外部に露出されないように胴体(101)の外部に締め付けられるケースをさらに備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造。
- 前記突起ハウジング(132)と両側に切り欠き形成されたバネ溝(133)の上部切欠面は湾曲状に切欠き成形されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造。
