Description
付記1.身体に取り付け可能な装置であって、
筐体と、
生体被験者の身体に適用されるように構成されている接着層と、
前記筐体と前記接着層との間に位置する隔離体と
を備えていることを特徴とする装置。
該身体関連装置は、前記筐体及び電子モジュールに連結されて、生体被験者と前記身体関連装置との間で情報を通信するように構成されたフィードバック部を更に備えており、
前記身体関連装置に通信を送信する、及び/又は前記身体関連装置から通信を受信するように機能する外部ローカルノードを更に備えていることを特徴とする個人通信システム。
本願は、2011年3月11に出願され「様々な物理的構成を備えた着用式個人身体関連装置」(Wearable Personal Body Associated Device with Various Physical Configurations)を発明の名称とする米国仮特許出願第61/452,042号明細書の出願日を優先日として主張しており、その開示全体が、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (33)
- 筐体と、
生体被験者の身体に適用されるように構成されている接着層と、
前記筐体と前記接着層との間に位置する少なくとも1つの隔離体と
を備えていることを特徴とする身体関連装置。 - 前記筐体及び前記接着層は、前記筐体及び前記接着層間に空隙を画定していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの隔離体は、連続した環、正方形、矩形、楕円、腎臓形状、及び所定の厚さのうちのいずれか1つにより画定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記連続した環、正方形、矩形、楕円、腎臓形状は夫々、ヒドロゲル電極を受け入れるように構成されている少なくとも1つの内部開口を画定していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの隔離体により画定されている少なくとも1つの内部開口内に位置するヒドロゲル電極を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの隔離体は、欠いた環、正方形、矩形、楕円、腎臓形状、及び所定の厚さのうちのいずれか1つにより画定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの隔離体により画定されている前記少なくとも1つの内部開口内に位置するヒドロゲル電極を更に備えていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの隔離体は、発泡性材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの隔離体は、該少なくとも1つの隔離体の少なくとも一端部に形成されている少なくとも1つの接着層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記筐体と前記接着層との間に少なくとも1つの取付点を備えており、取付領域が、前記少なくとも1つの隔離体の形状により画定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記筐体と前記接着層との間の取付点の数が、少なくとも1から10の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記筐体と前記接着層との間の取付点の数が、10を超えていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記筐体に取り付けられている可撓層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記筐体及び前記可撓層は、該筐体及び可撓層間に空隙を画定していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記可撓層は発泡体から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記可撓層は、前記少なくとも1つの隔離体と前記筐体との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記筐体は、可撓性材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記筐体は、頂部及び底部を備えており、該頂部及び底部は、該頂部及び底部間に少なくとも1つの溝部を画定しており、該少なくとも1つの溝部により、前記底部が曲がり、前記生体被験者の身体の外形に密着することが可能になることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記生体被験者の身体への良好な取り付けを強化するために、湾曲して予備成形された身体形状要素を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記筐体は、ヒドロゲル電極を受け入れるために、前記筐体内に少なくとも1つのポケットを画定していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- ヒドロゲル電極を受け入れるように構成されている少なくとも1つの段状ポケットを更に備えており、該段状ポケットは膨張用溝部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の身体関連装置。
- 筐体と、
生体被験者の身体に適用されるように構成されている接着層と、
前記筐体と前記接着層との間に位置する少なくとも1つの隔離体と、
前記筐体内に位置する電子モジュールと
を備えていることを特徴とする身体関連装置。 - 前記電子モジュールに電気的に連結された少なくとも1つの導電性要素を備えていることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記電子モジュールに電気的に連結された送受信機を備えていることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記電子モジュールに電気的に連結されたスイッチを備えていることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記電子モジュールに電気的に連結された水浸入表示器を備えていることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記電子モジュールに電気的に連結された表示器に電力を供給するエネルギー源を備えており、前記表示器は前記筐体内に位置することを特徴とする請求項22に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記表示器によって放出されたエネルギーが生体被験者に識別可能であるか、又は前記筐体の外側の電子要素によって検出可能であるように、前記筐体の少なくとも一部が、透光性材料から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の身体関連装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの隔離体は、連続した又は欠いた環、正方形、矩形、楕円、腎臓形状、及び所定の厚さのうちのいずれかにより画定されており、
前記少なくとも1つの隔離体は、ヒドロゲル電極を受け入れるように構成されている少なくとも1つの内部開口を画定しており、
前記少なくとも1つの隔離体により画定された前記少なくとも1つの内部開口に位置するヒドロゲル電極を更に備えており、
該ヒドロゲル電極は、回路モジュールに電気的に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の身体関連装置。 - 筐体と、
生体被験者の身体に適用されるように構成されている接着層と、
前記筐体と前記接着層との間に位置し、前記筐体と前記接着層との間に空隙を画定している少なくとも1つの隔離体と、
前記筐体内に位置する電子モジュールと、
前記筐体及び電子モジュールに連結されているフィードバック部と
を備えた身体関連装置を備えており、
前記身体関連装置は、前記生体被験者に着用され、前記フィードバック部は生体被験者と前記身体関連装置との間で情報を通信するように構成されており、
前記身体関連装置への送信通信及び前記身体関連装置からの受信通信のうちの少なくとも1つを提供するように機能する外部ローカルノードを更に備えていることを特徴とする個人通信システム。 - 前記身体関連装置は、前記生体被験者から生理的情報を感知するように機能する生理的感知モジュールを備えていることを特徴とする請求項30に記載の個人通信システム。
- 前記身体関連装置は、前記身体関連装置から前記外部ローカルノードへの通信情報、又は前記外部ローカルノードからの受信情報のうちの少なくとも1つを通信するように機能する無線通信モジュールを備えていることを特徴とする請求項30に記載の個人通信システム。
- 前記外部ローカルノードへの送信通信及び前記外部ローカルノードからの受信通信のうちの少なくとも1つを通信するように機能する遠隔ノードを備えていることを特徴とする請求項30に記載の個人通信システム。
