Claims (5)
- 医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造において、
リング状を呈し、内周面に所定数の弾性固定片(111)が突設され、一方の側にワイヤー(114)を締め付けるように突出されて一対の第1圧着片(112)が配備された締付具(110)と、
前記締付具(110)を嵌合するための溝(103)が外周面に凹設された突部(102)を上部に持つ胴体(101)と、
前記胴体(110)の内部に設置され、中央に突起ハウジング(132)が突設し、前記突起ハウジング(132)の両側にバネ溝(133)が切り欠き形成され、前記バネ溝(133)に圧着バネ(134)が嵌合されるベース(131)と、
を備えてなることを特徴とする医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造。 - 前記固定片(111)は、上部に所定の角度だけ折れたり、所定の曲率をもって曲がるように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造。
- 前記締付具(110)の一方の側にはワイヤー(114)の被覆部を圧着して固定する第2圧着片(113)がさらに設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造。
- 前記胴体(101)及びワイヤー連結部(116)が外部に露出されないように胴体(101)の外部に締め付けられるケースをさらに備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造。
- 前記突起ハウジング(132)の両側に切り欠き形成されたバネ溝(133)の上部切欠面は湾曲状に切り欠き成形されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の医療用スナップ電極とワイヤーの締付構造。
