Claims (10)
- 機械電気変換機(10)の保持アセンブリ(29)を検査するための装置(46)であって、
少なくとも保持アセンブリ(29)の画像を得るための光デバイス(48)であって、光デバイス(48)は、2つの固定子鉄心積層物(23)間のスロット(19)内に挿入することができるとともに、保持アセンブリ(29)の側面図の方に向けることができ、保持アセンブリ(29)は、少なくともくさび部材(34)、シム(32)、およびくさび部材(34)とシム(32)との間の保持リップル・バネ(33)を備える、光デバイス(48)と、
光デバイス(48)によって得られた画像を表示するためのディスプレイ(50)と、
くさび部材(34)とシム(32)との間の距離(52)を測定するための測定器(56)と、を備える装置(46)。 - 光デバイス(48)はボアスコープを含む請求項1に記載の装置(46)。
- 保持リップル・バネ(33)の残存歪みを計算するための計算機(58)をさらに備え、残存歪みは、くさび部材(34)とシム(32)との間の距離(52)と保持リップル・バネ(33)の厚さ(54)との間の差に等しい請求項1に記載の装置(46)。
- 保持リップル・バネ(33)の厚さ(54)が測定器(56)によって決定される請求項3に記載の装置(46)。
- 保持リップル・バネ(33)に対する荷重を、保持リップル・バネ(33)の残存歪みと既知の荷重対歪み相関とに基づいて、力の単位で決定するためのバネ荷重決定器(60)をさらに備える請求項3に記載の装置(46)。
- くさび部材(34)の張りを単位長さ当たりの力の単位で決定するためのくさび部材(34)張り決定器(62)をさらに備え、張りは、保持リップル・バネ(33)に対する荷重をくさび部材(34)の長さで割ったものに等しい請求項5に記載の装置(46)。
- 保持リップル・バネ(33)に対する荷重を保持アセンブリ(29)に対する設計要求値と比較するための比較器(64)をさらに備える請求項5に記載の装置(46)。
- 残存安全動作時間を推定するための推定器(66)をさらに備え、残存安全動作時間は、連続的な決定間の保持リップル・バネ(33)に対する荷重の減少と、保持リップル・バネ(33)に対する荷重が保持アセンブリ(29)に対する設計要求値を超えるまで残存する推定動作時間とに基づく請求項7に記載の装置(46)。
- 光デバイス(48)を位置付けるためのロボット・マニピュレータ(68)をさらに備え、ロボット・マニピュレータ(68)は、
牽引器部分(70)と、
牽引器部分(70)に取り付けられたマスト部分(72)と、
